My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

I had a weird leak that ended up being from my dryer vent tube. Bradly was awesome, helped me be confident in ensuring the issue wasn't related to any nearby plumbing, and helped me fix the issue. He was friendly, progressional, and my pup liked him :)

Paid a very high price for hot water heater replacement: $2800 cash, no checks allowed, added fee if you use credit card. The new tank is a BW 50 gallon lowboy, no special plumbing or electrical needed to replace it.

Would suggest shopping around, if you have the time.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater.  Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality.  He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home.  We look forward to having them return for maintenance, and will call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Called Legacy Plumbing to ask if they could help us with a plumbing issue.  We were not even given the opportunity to explain the issue and were told very curtly, We are not going to be able to help you sir, call someone else.  Wow, talk about a bad first impression!  I would not recommend this company at all!  Still in shock at their lack of professionalism!

I spoke with Robert, Roman's son, about a problem I was having with sulfur smells emanating from my upstairs bathroom. Being clueless about plumbing (this is my first home) I called R&S plumbing based upon many favorable online reviews.

Robert immediately diagnosed the problem and the solution was so simple that I easily did it on my own. Robert could have gouged me for a needless housecall but he did not. You can bet that when I really do need a plumber, I will be calling on R&S Plumbing. Such honesty is rare nowadays and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you again, Robert!

I had noticed my water bill was going up and I realized it may be our toilet that was messed up. I called Durham Plumbing Services and Michael was quick to respond to my call. He was over the next day to fix the toilet and replaced the part within minutes!!!  I was very happy with the professional service and his ability to work around my busy schedule (he scheduled a time during my lunch break). I am definitely saving the company  number in case I have anymore plumbing issues.

These guys have no done a hot water heater and an outside faucet for us and are always great!     Very responsive and quality work!

Very bad experience.  Relied on them to suggest/provide a toilet that had the same footprint as our prior toilet.  Despite us taking off 2 afternoons and paying $80 so that they could confirm the toilet installation concerns, Schwartz could not find a toilet that would work.  When I did the homework, that they should have done and found my own toilet, Schwartz tried to charge us 3 times their normal installation charges to finally install that toilet.

I tried to talk to the owner, but he would not return my call.

Would not use this company again.

The men came to my house with great service and an affordable price. They was friendly, and they did a great job fixing my toilet problem, saved me from damage the concrete slab. It was hard for me to find a trustworthy service, but Eddie & his crew did great. I feel my toilet now very steady and tight! I believe it now should sit there forever without any leak or broken flange problem.

If you have a plumbing issue, call Bizzy Bee. If that issue is on a weekend, definitely call Bizzy Bee.  I had a low water pressure in both my showers and Bizzy Bee came out on a Saturday to fix it.  The plumber was professional and courteous when moving around the house to assess the problem.

Woke up on Sunday and the water pressure was low again so I called and left a message assuming they would get back to me on Monday. Nope, they called and sent the same technician  out on a Sunday!!!!  This time, the problem was fixed for good. Now that is customer service!

Bolton charged me over 400.00 to fix my ac. The fix lasted less than 24 hours. When I called to ask for someone to come back, I was told no one could come. They have lousy customer service. I asked to speak to a manager. He never called this happened on July 7. Today I received a letter that stated I was ignoring their calls as far as paying the bill. I told the person at Bolton back in July that I needed to talk to the manager before I paid the bill. I called today. There was no adjustment on the bill so basically I am out 400.00 for a fix that didn't work. I do not recommend them to anyone!
