Great service!  Very impressed with how fast Larry  showed up and got our water line in for our refrigerator. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Tod was super nice. He is very responsive and punctual too! He was able to fix our closet door that had been driving us crazy for a long time in an hour. He was even nice enough to go get the parts to fix it. I will definitely be calling him again. : )

Have to thank Green Box Mechanical for their efficient and expert service, on the way out of town we suddenly needed an electrician and happen to notice a Green Box van ahead of us on the freeway, from needing an electrician recently and having trouble scheduling one we were glad to have another name, Green Box was able to come out that day: Sue understood the problem and solved it quickly, with excellent communication throughout the process--really impressed with her and the Green Box team.

Garth responded to a late night yelp request for an air conditioner install quote.  We just moved to Vancouver WA and arrived in the middle of a heat wave.  Our new place has had no AC and we have been very uncomfortable (and with two small children that is especially hard)! It also turned out that we have smallish windows and it was a struggle to see how we could make it work. He walked me through the process, talked to my husband at the store, custom installed the AC that night and it looks amazing.  More importantly, it FEELS amazing.  The house is cool... we can sleep and enjoy our new home.  He is so helpful and so nice!  The price was exactly as discussed and very very reasonable.   I cannot stress enough how much I endorse this business and this person.  What a blessing.

This fella is fantastic.  Had a plumbing emergency, read his reviews and gave him a call.  Not only did he move things around so he could come right over but he charged a VERY fair fee.  Competent, Courteous and Professional.  I wish more people ran their business like Mr Carsten.  I won't hesitate to refer him and use him in the future!

I scheduled a precision tune-up before winter hits and Roth schedule a service right away.  They called day of to let me know when to expect the technician and it all ran very smoothly.
The technician David Bajorin was prompt and professional.  David showed respect to the home and wore a mask the entire time, along with booties before entering the house.  
I was impressed with the services Roth offers, not just heating and cooling but plumbing and electrical.
This company seems to be honest and fair.
Their customer service from the first phone call to the end of the service was spot on friendly and professional.
I will call again and highly recommend.

Justin was the specialist that came out to my property. He was fantastic!
Mr. Rooter picked up the phone quickly and they had someone over to my house within an hour. They described everything that they were going to do and then gave me a quote. They were very transparent in their communication and provided additional information so I understood the big picture.
I had them do the work same day. They were able to clear the drain and now water is flowing.
I will definitely use them in the future as this was a fantastic experience.

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time.  I found a plumber who is closer.
