Hi there, I just want to say Smith and Sons Plumbing came to my house and fixed my water heater for a reasonable price today. They were real professional and had a great attitude. Thank you Smith and Sons plumbing.

Used them multiple times...from hot water heater breaking to replacing broken fixtures.  Great service, great pricing and great experience.   Left them alone in house without any issues.  I have used a lot of plumbers over the years...never used the same one twice or been able to recommend one...let alone give them 5 stars.  Very glad to have found them!

I had a broken valve outside....Professor Plumb diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an upfront price. Was completely open and honest on their pricing and services. They then came out quickly and fixed the problem...at a LOWER PRICE! These are good honest people and are one of the few that are not trying to take advantage of people. Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

There was a water leak coming up through the sidewalk in front of my house.  I had a couple of guys come out and dig on both sides of the sidewalk and they found that the leak was not sprinkler piping but in fact the water line from the main to the house.  And now with the leak detected, I called Blue Star for an estimate for repair.  Kevin Orr from Blue Star  showed up and spent a lot of time walking my front yard and talking about various aspects of water lines and their material make-up.  He asked a few questions to ascertain my level of plumbing knowledge, and when he was satisfied with my lack thereof, proceeded to upsell the job.  His bid for the job was 1800, and the next day two guys showed up and replaced a 6' section of PVC pipe under the sidewalk... It took them about 2 hours.  Material and labor should have been well under 500 dollars.  I was smoothly led to believe this would be an involved piece of work, all the while Kevin knew that it would be a simple and fast job.  And to make matters worse they gave no warranty on their work.

Way overpriced for their cost of labor. Call around for quotes. Many other companies don't even charge a service fee to come out for an estimate.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

I have used Rodgers alot over the last few years for repairs. Always a good job and a fair price. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Legacy.  I had 2 small projects, one of which could have become far worse had it not been fixed.  Shelby and Jose were prompt courteous and friendly.  When they had to open an external wall to fix my hose faucet I was worried about what this would do to the cost as well as to my wall.  But in the end they stayed within the price they gave me for the work, and put my wall back together perfectly.  You can barely tell it was opened.  I appreciate the job these two did.
