We were very pleased with Professor Plumb.  He was available exactly when we wanted him, his price was very competitive to install two water heaters (he was the lowest of three I called), he was friendly, did a great installation, took the old ones away.  There is nothing negative I could say about his work.  His associate was friendly and courteous as well.  While here, he looked at our lawn sprinkler system which had an issue, and helped with the repair of that with no charge.  We would definitely hire again for any plumbing need.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

These guys were honest!  They actually charged less than originally quoted because they found a less expensive option.  Plus, they were able to come out right away.

Just needed a simple fix of the sink stopper in the Master BA and they accommodated me on the schedule since I was a teacher and couldn't have them come during the weekdays. Randy and his men installed 4 Toto toilets (to replace 4  27 yr old toilets) and did an excellent job. The mounting flange on one toilet was broken and the others had several other issues.  They corrected all the problems, checked the remainder of my plumbing, water softener, water heaters, etc.  Couldn't have been happier

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

I'm in Charlotte and have a home in Dallas.  I was informed that water was running out of the bathroom and into the living room. I called with a garbage disposal problem. The person who answered the phone talked me through how to fix it, and it worked. Didn't cost me a dime! Next time I have a plumbing problem, these guys are who I will call. They have earned my trust.

.Greedy company, greedy company ,greedy company. After i wrote on YELP the  review ,manager called me to justify what they charged me and  told me excuses about the charges .As i understood, the company policy is :the money first ,the clients :milch cows.
