Best Water Heater Repair in Plano TX
Had them out to replace a water heater in Plano, probably 15 years ago. Whole house water filtration when we moved to McKinney. Let them know what you need and get out of the way. Very professional and efficient!!

Outstanding service was provided at a reasonable cost. We were having issues with water pressure at our house. I spoke with Chris and he gave me a highly probable reason as to what the issue was. He was able to fit me into his schedule and was able to correct the problem right away (faulty pressure regulator). They did a great nod of digging up the plumbing in the front yard without causing any damage to the grass. They cleaned up and were able to put the grass back on top. We have used him on several projects and he is definitely a person we can trust to be fair and reasonable.

I was in the process of selling my home when a hydro static test failed on my plumbing. With the closing date nearing and time running out, AM plumbing was able to squeeze us in to their scheduling and get us fixed up.
They were able to successfully remove the damaged drain line and install new pvc in a couple if hours. They were able to do the repair and test the lines again all within a day. Theyre pricing was the more reasonable of all of the plumbing companies that had come out.
Can i mention the customer service over the phone? With things getting hectic, the lady on the phones was able to give me full 5 star service and make the entire selling process less painful. She was able to provide me with everything i was being asked for from the buyer, and almost instantaneously so we were able to prevent the close date from extending.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

My wife spent time reviewing Plumbing establishments; reading many testimonials. We selected Legacy because all of the reviews were great. From the initial call to schedule service, to the actual visit, Legacy Plumbing was that rare mix of confident professionalism and service and relaxed personability. Luis Mena, the plumbing specialist that came out, renewed our faith that there are, indeed, artisans that take pride in the service they provide and in partnering with homeowners to assure that the fix is just right. Luis made practical suggestions and assessments that saved us money - from evaluating the need for complete replacement (which was what we thought) versus just replacing a single, simple part, to sharing tips about manufacturers warranty. He explained what he did in layman's terms and checked the repairs to assure that everything was in working order. Luis is a GREAT ambassador for Legacy Plumbing and obviously takes pride in his work - which, by the way, is exceptional! Legacy Plumbing is now in our rolodex as our Plumbing Service and Luis will be asked for by name! Thanks for a job well done!

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

I had a major leak in my water line between the meter and my house.Due to an ice storm, and lots of rain, it was impossible to detect until I called Staggs plumbing. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and got right to work. Even through standing water they found the leak and repaired it. These guys were awesome--will never call anyone else when I have plumbing problems--thanks so much!

I do NOT recommend this company at all! The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received today. The replaced my water heater and disposed of the old one in 2 hours. Great work and great service. I'm telling all my neighbors. Very convenient that they're right down the street

This is the only plumber I call if I have an issue. It's hard to find honest and proficient people like Blue in any line of work. He has talked himself out of work to save me money on my repairs. Unreal. Thank you Blue!

I needed a water heater and Johnnie worked with my schedule. He was great, explaining the differences in sizes for my usage, energy efficiency, brass parts, etc.. I upgraded so that I know that I have the best heater for my situation. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself, even going above and beyond to clean out the back area of the heater enclosure. I would hire him again. I am actually kind of surprised he does not have more reviews. Good guy.

Called this firm Saturday morning after discovering a leak in our water main near the meter. Dane was on-site in about 90 minutes from my call. He was a professional and immediately went to work on the problem. After a brief but heavy rain shower, he proceeded to finish the job in about two hours. His quote was flat rate and he left my years looking perfect! I would use this company again if I have plumbing problems. Five Stars Dane!!

Our experience with H&M Plumbing was nothing short of amazing. We contacted them after a pipe on the exterior wall of our home burst. Hailey made our appointment; she was very friendly on the phone and really good about keeping us updated. Henry and his team arrived on time, quickly identified the location of the break, and made the repair efficiently. Henry and his crew were so respectful of our property, they wore booties in the house and cleaned up everything as they went. We could not be more pleased with this business and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

I had another interaction with this company in which I confirmed that they are a bunch of liars and hypocrites, who don't care about customers and even lie to themselves. I decided to check copies of their customer tracking system logs via my credit card company, and here are my findings

It definitely sounds like there was a miscommunication here regarding your kitchen pipe. First and foremost, we absolutely do care about everyone that we work with -- even if we've just started working with you for the first time. We're sincerely sorry if it seemed that we didn't care, if it was difficult to get in touch with us on the phone right away, and if any damage was caused to your wall after our technician left your home...Please don't hesitate to reach out to us again at (469) 434-1131, and we'd be happy to speak with you in further detail.
Here's what the company actually wrote in their log (see prove in attachment):
Josh B says we WILL NOT do work for these people!!!
I could publish (and maybe we'll do in the future) more records quoting all the bad things you wrote about the customers and what you really think about everything but for now, I'll just save the space for the post. Instead, I'll just write this.
In the era when it's not difficult to get access to the information, and customers check reviews before ordering services, fighting customers hurts your business.
You could have written in your log, how your technician left the unit without telling me any findings, how I could have sent someone to help with cabinets but I didn't even know that any help was needed, how I spend multiple days trying to talk to somebody in the office to understand what happened, how we spent Christmas and New Year without water, how I begged to help me for extra money to solve the problem, and even knowing how your miscommunication hurt me, you did nothing to make it right. Maybe if you learned something from that experience, you could've improved your service next time but you preferred to blame customers in the notes, which means that next time you'll do the same.
I ended up hiring a different company, and the technician came, unscrewed the toe-kick board, and replaced the pipe. Everything took ~ 30 mins. It means that there are plumbing companies out there that care about their customers and provide high-quality service.
The question is Why do we need companies like yours in the market?
