Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

Highly recommend Mike over any master plumber in the Dallas area. Polite, considerate, excellent work ethic, prompt and very respectful of our home.  He's been our go-to plumber since 2005.  Mike did all of the plumbing on our renovation (90 yr old house), gas line work too. Reasonable priced too.   The downside is that he is so busy now, it is hard to book him without a few days wait. If you can book him, you won't be disappointed.

Reese was fantastic.  On time, professional, friendly and above all educational; Reese took the time to explain to me what the problem was in a very clear, unassuming manner.  Absolute gentleman.

Was THRILLED that you were not only able to come out the same day but your were there by 2:00 and completed shortly there after. Also took care of replacing a faucet that was not on the original complaint as well.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially for a large project. We hired Luis and team for a full-house remodel on a dream home for our growing family - he said it would take 3-4 months. A year and a half later, we're having to find someone else to finish the job.

The project is only about two-thirds of the way done, even though we've paid nearly the full quoted amount. Despite a big upfront payment, Luis continually asked us for more money to accelerate the work but we never saw more than incremental progress and long stretches with no work at all.

We've now hired a lawyer to try to recover the money we paid for work that was never completed (or in some cases never even started). This has been an incredibly stressful situation over the last year, and has caused our family a major financial loss. I wouldn't wish what we have been through on anyone. I can give more info on request, but really, just find a different contractor to work with.

We have used DNA Plumbing on several occasions as we own some rental homes as well as our residence. They're easy to contact via text and they send very prompt replies. All the technicians we've dealt with explain things in layman's terms. Work is very thorough and professional. Very fair pricing too.

Hired Miguel to re-cover our tiki hut. He ordered the thatch and installed it quickly.

We then had him restrain our deck. Power washed it one day then stained it the next. Turned out great!

He did a good job and his prices are reasonable. Would defiantly hire him again.

IMPECCABLE customer service by the owner, Denise! She was clear, pleasant and even conversant. Not at all gruff or grunting like so many other plumbing companies out there (you all can take a lesson in customer service, men) when they answer the phone. Her licensed plumber, Eddie, was nice and even showed up a tad early & got the job done with no surprised and was out the door before I could hardly remember he was there. They were also at 30-50% more affordable than the 8 other plumbing companies I called. I have a commercial property so they also took care of all the necessary permit issues. MLP is MVP to me!! Save yourself some time and just let My Local Plumber be your local plumber for life!

Although I did not hire him he gave me free advise that helped me fix my problem. Great guy

I used Sticks and Stones in May 2017 for a master bath remodel and will not use them again. The tile was laid by an inexperienced worker and looks awful. When the grout was done they left all the tape around the bathtub and my husband had to cut it out. The plumbing was not done correctly and leaked through to ceiling below.

Full house remodel gone wrong. We ran through 4 project managers who just trashed the company all day, everyday.
I could not get an updated scope/estimate for over a month. I had no idea what my total was, and they just continually requests draws based on a very old scope. We parted ways and I requested he transfer the permits to the new GC company. He stated they were canceled and couldn't be refunded by the city. I checked etrakit and called the city, he never paid for them originally. I have reached out numerous times requesting the 1000.00 he charged me for permits to be refunded. He had not responded.
Also had to redo a lot of the work he completed because it didn't meet code. Manning R&C has went from being incompetent to being a group of thieves. Don't hire this dude, you will regret it. We certainly regret it.
