Past background as an Engineer and took my knowledge in residential properties to start a house flipping business. I'm in a place in life where every penny counts. Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work. I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did, but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation. Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious. I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.
