Mark came over quickly when we called, gave a fair price for awesome work, and even met us at Lowes and hauled the water heater in his van back to our house, since there's no way it would have fit in our small hatchback. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with Professor Plumb.  He was available exactly when we wanted him, his price was very competitive to install two water heaters (he was the lowest of three I called), he was friendly, did a great installation, took the old ones away.  There is nothing negative I could say about his work.  His associate was friendly and courteous as well.  While here, he looked at our lawn sprinkler system which had an issue, and helped with the repair of that with no charge.  We would definitely hire again for any plumbing need.

The most unfortunate event happened when my son was flushing the toilet and knocked a small remote into the bowl. I knew this would require professional help since it was a solid object. It wasn't something that could be pushed through easily.

I called a few places but didn't receive a call back so I was pleasantly surprised when Legacy Plumbing answered my call and was able to provide me a simple quote for the work I needed done.

The technicians showed up and got to work as soon as they arrived. Logan was very professional, kind, and did a great job. He even suggested I replace a specific part on it so that I would have a proper placement of the toilet when it was placed back, which I did.

I was thankful that he was upfront about the cost and gave me a solution with options without it feeling like a hard sell. I put a lot of care into my home so I didn't object to the new part.

He cleaned up the bathroom and placed everything back, went over the services he provided me and the final costs. I was able to review the invoice and pay right there on the spot. He also immediately sent me a copy of the invoice by email and he was on his way!

I will definitely be using Legacy Plumbing again and recommend them.

This company consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. I started using this company probably 6-7 years ago and I have never experienced a late technician, cancelled appointment, or bad customer service.  Just today I had to contact a 24-hour plumber because my son's shower handle broke at 1am, so we had to turn the main water supply off to the house. Three larger companies claiming to offer 24-hour services didn't deliver. Two of them cancelled and one never called back for my appointment time. I called Lex's Plumbing about my emergency and they were at my house in 20 minutes. I recommend this company 100%!!!

We had a home gas leak and the city had to shut our gas off. Legacy Plumbing came out ASAP found and fixed our issue which required some demo work to get to the problem. A shout out to Ahndre. VEry Impressed no nonsense pricing which is very competitive. Replaced 2 Water Heaters in the attic within 3 hrs. Were very careful of our floors and walls. Installation very professional and removed old units. Can't recommend them enough. We had total of 4 quotes they were all outrageous and lots of asks for pictures and unnecessary pics. All about Heaters was price is set and we can come tomorrow morning to make it happen. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't look at anyone else in the DFW Area.

I have been using Military for years now, and I always get the same great service. The entire family uses them for every plumbing issue. We had a contractor do the kitchen after a flood in the kitchen and used their plumber after our request for Military. Well needless to say when job was done it was wrong and already leaking so I had to call Military back in to fix it and they were great about the whole thing.

Mike and Wes were great! They quickly assessed my two plumbing issues and got started on the work. They were efficient and extremely polite. No one likes to have work done on their home, but these two made it pleasant and were enjoyable to have in my home. I would only call Crown Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

This business is amazing! We had a late night, after hour emergency and not only was our call answered  but Jacob left where he was immediately and got to us in 30 min. Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.

Jeff was able to come out same day and evaluate our issue. He was knowledgeable and able to rule out some of our concerns. He was able to explain the issue we were having and why we were seeing water around our meter.

Randy and his men installed 4 Toto toilets (to replace 4  27 yr old toilets) and did an excellent job. The mounting flange on one toilet was broken and the others had several other issues.  They corrected all the problems, checked the remainder of my plumbing, water softener, water heaters, etc.  Couldn't have been happier
