Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Plano TX

I just had two of the nicest young men over to unclog my newly remodeled bathroom (as in had not tested it until two nights ago after the grout had been applied).  I was extremely concerned prior to them coming over because I had suspected either grout or cement had clogged the shower drain so knew what I was to expect as a worst case scenario (redomolition of the shower floor).  Prior to contacting them I purchased what I thought was a heavy duty snake to try to unclog myself but was not successful.  The technicians were a bit concerned at first because the snake did not immediately unclog the shower drain.  But they didn't give up and within a few minutes they broke through grout that had been settled for weeks.  I highly recommend this business to anyone.  Prices are reasonable and timeliness and customer service were definitely a motivator to use them again.  Thank you Mark and company.

We called them because our bathtub leaked. They were very professional and actually gave us tips in our free estimate for how to do the work on our own for much less than their estimate! They have integrity and honesty - qualities that are rare to find these days.

Called to ask for some advice about frozen pipes, they were incredibly kind and very patient, even though I'm sure they've been inundated with calls. I was directed to a few videos on how to deal with turning the water off, got instructions on how to spot water leaks in the walls, told how to drain the sinks and the safest way to turn the water back on. I hope that everything will defrost okay, but if it doesn't, legacy plumbing will be my first call! Thank you!

I had a burst pipe after the February freeze.  They contacted me within an hour to set up an appointment. After completing the initial repair, Justin and his assistant found three other pipes that were damaged, one in a particularly difficult to get to area above my garage.  The crew stayed throughout the afternoon, systematically repairing all the damage until once again we had hot and cold running water. They even emailed me an invoice with photos of all the repairs in case I need to submit an insurance claim with my home owner's insurance.  I can't thank these guys enough. They were very professional and did a great job.  The price was fair, as well. Lex's came through when I needed them and they have certainly earned my business.

Very knowledgeable. Kelly came out & explained our problem & how he would repair it. They checked everything when finished. Our house did not have any hot water in certain parts of the house. I had a plumber put in a recirculating pump this summer that did not help. I was out of ideas when someone recommended i call Al the owner of All About Water Heaters. Al really stuck with me trying to figure out what the problem was. Countless texts and three visits later, i have hot water in all parts of my house! Turns out i needed a new pump (old one first plumber put in was defective) and it also turned out i needed an additional circ valve and the existing circ valve moved. It took a lot of detective work on Al and Jason's behalf but the problem is finally fixed!!! Their prices are also really reasonable. I would highly recommend that if u need anything to do with a water heater that u call Al. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!!!

I've had Crown come to my a few times.  They've run gas lines for my outdoor grill and helped with multiple plumbing issues.  Every time they were prompt, honest and well priced.

When I called this company, they were the most friendly and most helpful of any that I called. I was looking around for help with the water heater and found some real losers till I came upon CTX Plumbing. They were honest, quick, and very informative. I feel like I could really trust him with what I needed done and that's important for a gas water heater. I had talk to some others that gave me bad advice and wanted to replace things that did not need replaced. Nathan from CTX came and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly.   I wish they were just a little bit cheaper.   But-you get what you pay for and CTX was worth every penny.

discovered slab leak ... dug hole around and under slab and identified exactly where it was leaking ... called Staggs to get estimate on repair ... was quoted - on the phone - a $480 charge to come out and to ONLY tell me where the leak was (something i made clear that i already knew) ... was told $480 would be deducted IF i chose them to do repair ... a more truthful ad would simply say WE ARE BUSY AND IMPORTANT AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN GIVING ESTIMATES OR HAVING COMPETITIVE PRICING ... i can further note that is appears to stifle competition all - or most all - companies CHARGE for estimates ... Baker, e.g., at the lower end at $39

These gentlemen are the best.  Honest work, honest pricing, courteous, respectful.  They have a genuine interest in doing the best work possible. Would use them again and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing of any kind.  Also very prompt and great communication.  They replumbed my entire house.
