We received great service. Blue wanted to make sure we understood all costs up front and was very patient in explaining possible scenarios for our gas leak. He figured out our problem and worked hard to minimize our costs. We appreciate his integrity and work ethic. We would highly recommend them.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

Took care of the problem, was very helpful in explaining what was going on. My issue is with the davt they talk about the upfront honesty. They give you an estimate over the phone...cool. When he got there he reviewed my issues and gave me a new / reconfirmed estimate which I acknowledged  and signed. Then at the very end when giving me the bill he added in another $100 service that was never discussed that he said he ran into.  No heads up, no revised estimate etc. If the service is built and spends so much time on trust, why would you pull that?

The roads are covered in ice and not only did Jose agree to come help us, he got here early and finished the job in no time. Very kind, very professional! Our ceiling had a leak and it collapsed. They saved me when I was in a bind.  I Drilled through a pipe under a slab at a customers house.  They came out soon after, calmed the customer, and got it all patched up at a very reasonable price.  They will have all my business from now on.

Yes, they (all four) wore their masks the entire time they were onsite, but more important, they took care of our slab leak!
It was frustrating to them, to not be able to solve the plumbing riddle of our 1979 home, in their estimated 4 hours, but they did come up with a solution after 7 hours. They returned the next day and completed the project within their original expectations (which also included replacing a hot water heater).
Even though they had to open seven holes in our walls, their work was orderly, clean, and they cleaned up their messes.
I can't endorse them enough for their tireless work to resolve our situation, and thank them for their efforts.
The cost? Exactly what they estimated. What more could we ask.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We had a funky smell coming from the sink in the  bathroom along with a clogged drain that constantly caused a standing water problem in the shower. Called Edelman Plumbing and received professional and affordable services rendered in a timely manner that successfully addressed both issues. I love supporting locally owned businesses and will definitely recommend this company to local friends and family!

They were able to fit us in same-day and even called us when they had an earlier opening than originally thought. The guys were so polite, so professional & so honest.

We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

They told us what we could do to fix the issue or said they could do it for us. We opted to have them do it as there were some work-arounds needed based on how the original owners built the bathroom.

They were amazing & warranty their work for a year!

Originally contacted Hedrick's Service Now to repair a water leak inside a wall behind the hot water tank. I agreed to the quote and repeatedly called trying to schedule the repair. I gave up on them after several days of no show and called Blue Star Plumbing. They showed up on time, repaired the leak and installed a new water heater with new copper connections and emergency drain. Great job, very disciplined and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.
