Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Plumbing by Jay is one of the most professional businesses I have dealt with. I had an issue with my toilet and gave them a call. They were able to come out the following day and look into the problem. I had been doing research and getting quotes over who to choose and Plumbing by Jay was the solution. They gave me a quote which was reasonable and I had my problem fixed in that same week. I appreciate a company that helps in a timely manner and double checks their work so you have no problems in the immediate future.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

I had called Andy for an installation of a surge protector for the whole house in a newly constructed house. Andy was very competent and extremely professional. He instantly told me that the house already had a protector installed in the current breaker board. Thats integrity ! Loved it. I will absolutely call him for any future work.

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Got a clogged drain and need a new wax ring replaced, Matt and Cameron showed up and take cared of my problems. They are very professional, friendly and clear on pricing. Definitely would call Staggs Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

We developed a leak under our kitchen sink and a good friend recommended Casto Leak. He came and fixed the leak leaving us satisfied that the problem had been resolved. Very nice people and they do good work. It was $99 for everything. I highly recommend this business!

We were so pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone with whom we interacted. The service was timely. And, in the end, the bill was less than we expected, because they didn't bill us for unnecessary work. Our plumber, Luke Adair, was a pleasure to work with. We'll be using them for future plumbing work.

Not a 24 hour service as advertised. If you have an emergency issue there aren't the people to call.

Matt came here and located the leaking problem but didn't fix it, because he said it is a hot tub issue not a plumbing issue. I was still charged $105 without anything being fixed. I'm upset about it. But Matt is nice and they are quick response and on time. So I rate 3 stars.

I want to personally thank the staff, management and technicians Cody and Kalob for doing a good job tackling this annoying clogged drain I had.  The biggest thing in any business is transparency and open communication.  Monica and the management team kept me well informed on when the job could be done.  Cody kept me abreast of his ETA so I wouldn't be waiting unnecessarily.  They also sent text reminders.  Once the techs arrived, they asked to see where the issue was, explained a couple of sources contributing to the problem and went over pricing.  I appreciate not being surprised or having a bait and switch situation.  They wore shoe protectors and made sure they left the work area pristine.  Even though my job was relatively simple, they took the time to do it right and even recommended a product I can use to keep all of the drains working correctly!  I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
