Lifesaver! Family owned business that came and fixed my clogged kitchen sink the night before Thanksgiving when no other plumbing service was available. I am so thankful to have found  a business that truly cares about their customers. He was professional, thorough, trustworthy and well priced. Not to mention his work is guaranteed for 30 days! I will continue to use Hickman plumbing for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend!

Very responsive and communicative. Service was great and technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Had an EV charger installed in the garage.  They were very familiar with what was needed and ensured my satisfaction with placement before starting the install. Left the area clean and tidy.  Will use again whenever an electrical need arises.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Team Enoch was a great choice. They accomplished great work and fixed the problem while communicating perfectly with each step.

Good news: They arrived at the time that they promised on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

Bad news: The job took far longer than it should have, and I was paying by the hour.

One star *would* have been my rating, but I am giving them three, as they were willing to negotiate with me on the price after-the-fact.  I sent a straightforward non-antagonistic letter to them 48 hours later (after we'd both had time to cool-off) and they did refund part of their original bill back to me.  I still feel that I was overcharged for the job, but at least it wound up being moderately high instead of outrageously high.

Painful lesson that I have learned: No matter how simple the job appears, do not let work begin without an estimate.  (And it was a simple job, not just in my own opinion, but also that of a city plumbing employee.  It is a mystery to me, even now, to understand why the job took as long as it did.)  Had I requested an estimate up-front, they would have been much more likely to quote a fair price, and stuck to it, regardless of how long the job took.  Live and learn.

Quick respones time on a Saturday. Ended up using the warranty on my water heater and there labor, but was impressed with the respone from Austin and Nathan.

So I recently moved in to a new place and two toilets were leaking into the flooring on my second floor.  The leak had permeated the subflooring so I had TLC remove all the existing tile in both bathrooms, repair the subflooring (along with some floor supporting joists underneath), relay new tile down, and install two new toilets.  I attached a pic of one of the finished bathrooms, and a before/after pic of the other bathroom . Given the end result I would rate the work done throughout the construction process to be 5 stars.   The only reason I gave the review 4 stars is due to the length of time it took.  The work started October 8th and completed November 5th, so almost a month for what could have been a 1.5 to 2 week job if they worked every day.  Usually someone would do some work one day, and then it'd be at least 2 or 3 days until they came for another day to do some more.  I understand due to COVID or other circumstances things may have been slower, but it would have been nice to receive a heads up going into it.  If you have a large job I'd just recommend asking for a time estimate.  For a smaller job I don't think this would be an issue.  Overall though, like I said, they did a very good job on the demolition and tiling so I'd still definitely recommend TLC.  If I have any smaller jobs in the future I will be calling them up!

Reese was fantastic.  On time, professional, friendly and above all educational; Reese took the time to explain to me what the problem was in a very clear, unassuming manner.  Absolute gentleman.

Great service of high skilled professional! We ordered a chandelier installation and mounting of tv and could not be more satisfied of the service provided . Dave arrived on time ,well prepared,worked with accuracy and time efficiency ! Highly recommend this company for any house/ apartment/commercial needs!

The Fixer showed up without the necessary tools to hang the door, even though the job notes clearly explained the task. He hacked up the door to add the hinges, beat up the molding around the door and left because he needed a different drill. That was three hours ago. The company provides no option to talk with someone - only text, email and voicemail to which they are not responding. Based upon this one experience, DO NOT use this company.

Needed a Plumber and called this number...whoever answered the phone is really RUDE...and hung up on me!  Called back and he wouldn't answer...went to voice mail...Must not be in business anymore! Not nice... :-(

I used Sticks and Stones for a kitchen remodel and I could not be happier with how it turned out.  They even completed the remodel faster than quoted! The work is impeccable with no detail amiss.  Chris is very professional and easy to work with and always answered my calls and texts promptly. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our bathroom!

Stayed home all day on a Saturday and they never showed up.  We received a call every couple of hours and were told your next,  but no luck.  Now we are stuck on Sunday without cooling.
