Best Toilet Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided to die on a Saturday.  Called Pink Plumbing (because of their Yelp rating) and have to say they were great about getting back to me and Zack showed up within the given time frame.  He was cool, explained everything and it took him about an hour or so to replace the water heater.  So as for the service - yeah these folks are awesome.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the service was VERY expensive - to the tune of almost $1800.00 (& that includes the military and Yelp discount).  Normally I would not have paid that but for reasons of my own I had to get it taken care of.

UPDATE:  Chris, from Pink Plumbing, contacted me shortly after I posted my review.  We chatted about my concern and I was better able to understand his rationale as it pertained to the service call.  I was surprised he contacted me on a Sunday. To me, it speaks volumes about the integrity of his company.  Its clear he listens to what his customers think.  

Bottom line - if and when I do need a plumber (hopefully not too soon) I wouldn't hesitate to contact Pink Plumbing.  Why? Because he contacted me and customer service counts for something.  

Finally, I will change my review to 5 stars.

Highly recommend this company. We had a leak in the base of our toilet that got progressively worse over some time. The toilet itself was also loose. I called another company first, but they talked about it possibly costing thousands, and my fiancé and I didn't think that sounded right. Hansen Family Plumbing came out the same day we called and fixed the issue for far, far less, a fraction of the price! We are very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

These guys are my go to for anything related to plumbing. They respond like nobody's business and have a level of integrity that is rare in the service industry.

Chris got back to me quickly on Yelp, and was able to come out the next day. I added another request when he was on his way, and he accommodated that as well. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He did a great job in a very efficient manner. I will call him again.

I really enjoyed my experience with Bumble Bee  Plumbing. From the wonderful and caring help Chureah gave me in taking my call, to the fantastic professional and courteous help and work of my technician, Dan. I truly was impressed with Dan's professionalism, integrity,  knowledge and ability to handle the surpises that came up during my job with grace and composure. I felt heard and respected, I felt taken care of and that the job was done right. I really do believe that customer service is a high priority for this company as that is what ultimately led me to choose them.

My hot water heater was silent, we had no hot water in the house, thank goodness it is not cold yet...Called Old West Republic Home Protection people, they gave me a couple names, Lawson Family Plumbing had great reviews, so I picked them.  Lawson responded quickly and scheduled a timely service call.  The repair guy (Kevin) showed up and was courteous, professional and the best part was he was knowledgeable!  He had my problem solved and I was up and running in less than 30 mins.  
I have had plumbers show up to my house smelling of pot or alcohol it is SO nice to have a repair guy show up who looks and smells professional!  Thank you Lawson you guys are a credit to your profession!  I will certainly call you guys first when I need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber!

It's unfortunate I can't give less than 1 star. My elderly mother and I called out both an AC repair man and a water softener repair man to our home and 2 out of 2 tried to, for lack of better word, scam us out of (between the two services) $10,000 dollars which must say something for Proskills training/sales practices. The AC repair man said everything inside and outside needed to be replaced, although someone else from their company told us only the outside unit needed replacing. The water softener repair man didn't even touch our unit, assumed we couldn't get parts, and quoted $1,900 because he said we would just need a new unit and had too much water pressure. All in all, we got our ORIGINAL AC unit and water softener fixed for $625 instead of the $10,000 Proskills tried to hustle us out of!!! I would choose any other company, truly.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service).  Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease.  My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

Highly recommend this company! We had a different company install and do yearly checks but we switched to Allegiance and it was the best decision. Tom came out & not only was extremely professional, personable, and smart but was down to earth and kind. My husband and I don't know much about RO and water softeners (except that they are important haha) and he was incredibly informative and helpful. Explained everything he was doing to help us be well informed. Trust is a big thing with me & this company definitely gained my trust. If you're on the fence or don't know who to call, you will never regret calling this business & gaining a lifetime contact for household needs.

My water heater broke early AM yesterday and I called this company to provide an estimate over the phone based upon the type, size, location and what needs to be done. Their estimate was below other competitors by hundreds. Taking into consideration quality of material!

Spoke with Chad for the estimate and information and he was very professional, taking time with me to explain everything and recommendations. Then filtering out other companies I found Diamond back to be the best. With that, I had a plumber (Matt) come out just hours later that day. He also was onsite to provide a more accurate quote and was within the parameters of what I was quoted over the phone. He too took the time to explain anything I needed or wanted further clarification on. He too was very professional, extremely polite and friendly. Outstanding customer service, knowledge and experience.

From now on these guys are my go to company for all my plumber issues! I couldn't be more pleased overall. That's what you call same day awesome service, excellent price, and fantastic quality of material. Broken water heater 7am. Called DB by 8am, plumber (Matt) at my house by 3pm and fixed within a couple hours so that our family had got water.

I recently had a plumbing issue in my kitchen, and Gabe from Rooter Ranger came at a moments notice. He was very thorough and fixed the problem promptly. He was very polite and made it a point to clean up his work

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. He provides quality work at great prices and he cleaned up the area once done. Will absolutely call again in the future!

***Update***

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!

We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

Bathroom sink valve broke on a Sunday night. Called 2 plumbing companies and no response. 3rd times a charm. Hated to pay the emergency but was leaving the next morning. Thankful they have good plumbers on call. Will start using them for all needs

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.

Zest Plumbing

This is an amazing company and I can't say enough great things about their work and the entire staff! We had a huge plumbing situation that took several days to complete. Our entire house had to have new plumbing. In spite of having our floors opened up with cement and dirt everywhere, they kept everything covered, organized and cleaned up each day. The work quality is outstanding. The owner Ron even came out to see the progress and asked us how things were going. Don, Bill, Tyler, Len, and Paris are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dianna and Kiana in the office are always helpful and friendly making sure  any questions or scheduling needs are attended to. Most of all the entire staff made a stressful and overwhelming situation fun believe it or not. In spite of the huge project they kept me smiling everyday they were there. Thank you Zest Plumbing!!!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.
