Had them out this last week to eliminate a water softener on my house. Service tech was very professional, arrived on time and did the job the right way. Pricing was well worth the work. Other big name companies wanted double the cost for what I needed or wanted to charge just to come out for a quote. Keep up the good work.

First time of using Bumble Bee. Had Robert install a wonderful Toto toilet. What a wonderful throne. I'm too old to be putting in new toilets. ADA height, soft closing lid, water saver, quiet, no messy holes around the rim to keep clean, and easy dual flush with a handle (not a push button). These guys come in clean and leave it clean. Followed Covid - 19 guidelines. It was cleaner than when they started. Original toilet came with the house and was having issues. The toilet Robert put in should last longer than me. Plumber showed up in mask and repaired broken solder joint on my sprinkler service line. He was polite, professional and very reasonably priced. I have used Kendall before and had similar great work. Also, I called at 8am, this was not an emergency I could shut water off to the leak but the job was done correctly by 10:30am the same morning.  It doesn't get better than that.

Joe came out  and tried to help us find a leak from one of my mom's bathrooms. It has happened before and it was from the guest bathroom.

He looked behind the shower hardware and could see any leaks. Peaked in the attic to see if there was any plumbing pipes which there weren't. He couldn't find anything. My husband will have to make a hole in the wall and we can assess and then have them come back out to see what is hiding.

He was friendly, professional and wore booties taking them on and off as he came in and out. Will be calling them back once the hole is made. We need to take some extra mold protection during the process and make sure my mom isn't home.

I contacted Elite Rooter as we had a constant clog in our pipes that kept causing our kitchen sink to back up. Soro came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the pipes and the time frame the home was built. He was efficient and finished quickly. Thank you so much!!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond quickly.

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the Service Provider called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, I'm Sorry you're having this problem. I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till 3:00pm later TODAY.

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

They were able to show up the same day and install what I needed in order to install an RO system and they were very professional and NO TRIP CHARGE!! By far the best plumbing company I've used in the Phoenix area

My sink was completely backed up, so I called a different Plummer. But he wanted to replace all my lines, which I knew wasn't right. So I called Rooter Ranger and Gus solved the problem right away. Our line was backed up, and it took him more than an hour to clear it, but he did it! He did a great job and provided prompt and courteous service! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

We recently were having problems with our hot water heater and, as fait would have it, it went out the day before we had the worst snowstorm (yes I said snowstorm) at our home in north Scottsdale which overnight dropped seven inches of very wet and heavy snow wrecking many of our trees and other outdoor plants. We were relatively traumatized with two major problems happening at once. Affordable Plumbing basically went the extra mile getting a crew out to remedy the issue and our concerns the next day. Their attention to caring included me calling the owner of the company at home at night on the weekend to ask questions about the old heater and what I should be doing about the heater noise and failure and then sending a crew out the next morning to get the process of putting a new water in. I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.
