Where to begin ! This company has been nothing but spectacular . I was greeted by Lou , who was super polite & knowledgeable. He explained everything throughly.  I just moved to Phoenix from the midwest and a lot of things have seemed off here in this house with ohr plumbing . Come to find out , he and the company are also from the Midwest , Windy City!!!  

Lou handled many different issues we had and he also gave us a heads up with future problems we may run into .  I recommend this company hands down ! And don't forget to ask for Lou H.

Contacted them about a rusty faucet that is stuck on, they replied within 30 minutes and within 1 & 1/2 hours the plumber has replaced it with a brand new one. Easiest transaction ever! Thank you Robert you were awesome!

Let  me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional.  She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived  and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location  and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman  said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth  was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. I have retired after serving almost 33 years with Phoenix.  Kenneth discounted 10% for his service. I'm so thankful I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp.  I will recommend this business to anyone who needs Plumbing. Great job Kenneth, you represented Larson Family Plumbing very well, thanks.

Replaced my old tub/shower combo with new Moen tub/shower combo.  The work was done the same day as the initial service call.  Chris was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly.  Would definitely use his services again.

Really responsive to request for quote on Yelp - requested quote late last night - got an immediate response and scheduled onsite visit at 9am today! Good communications via email and received a heads-up call 30 minutes prior to schedule. Jim arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Provided quote and performed work on first visit. Cleaned up work area afterwards. I was very impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing from first interaction all the way through completed work. They will be my go-to source for all plumbing needs from now on.

Another seamless experience with Lawson Family Plumbing.  We contacted them to help us troubleshoot a suspicious leak in our master bathroom shower, which we thought was stemming from the valve, thus leaking inside the adjoining wall.  Logan arrived on time and began troubleshooting, and identified the problem was a narrow gap between the shower pan and the marble shower wall. Five minutes later and a couple of beads of sealant...problem solved. Logan, well done.

Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. Jason was very efficient and precise, as you can see from the photos of his work. It is a pleasure  doing business with companies that strive to provide great service and work. LI have had great service with this company over the years until my recent attempt for service. no show on appointment called to say would be another 1.5 hours. rescheduled for next morning, called to say driver would be there in 40 min. plumber finally arrived 45 late. past plumbers have been very pleasant and friendly.  this he seemed to be unhappy with his job. hoping this is a one off.

Morgan was incredibly helpful and very professional! Fantastic service and fixed our clogged toilet. I will definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs in the future.  Morgan and Mark are a pleasure to work with. Gave us a lot of very helpful information about our sewer system. Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. Sam came in around 9:30pm to fix a leaky hand sink in the establishment at which I work. He was able to fix it within 10 to 15 minutes. We really appreciate him coming in to do the repair while also maintaining a good attitude...especially with it being pretty late in the evening... thanks again :)

On a Sunday Afternoon our house started creeping up into the 80s, and we called Hays - Travis came out reasonably quickly as their on-call person for Sunday. Turns out we had rodent damage, and the compressor wasn't turning on. Travis had it all in order in about an hour, and was a great tech to have. Thanks, Travis!

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!

I have used Affordable Plumbing in the past, and had a great experience, so I used them again without hesitation. This time, I had purchased a Bosch dishwasher from HomeDepot, and used a 3rd-party delivery and installation company, who delivered the dishwasher to my house but wouldn't even attempt to perform the installation. (That's another story.) So, I called Affordable Plumbing. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician called ahead of time when he was on his way, and arrived right on time. First he replaced a faulty valve, and even more of the plumbing under the kitchen sink, making it a much better set-up. Then, he installed the new dishwasher, including a custom wooden panel (matching the cabinets), which ended up being a bit tricky, but he was able to figure it out and make it work. Professional, friendly, highly skilled, and reasonably priced - what more could you want! I will use Affordable Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend.

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.
