Best Water Conditioner Repair in Philadelphia PA
Its hard to find an honest plumber, so when I had an issue at my house, I was concerned. Their price was fair and I got an appointment for the same day while other local plumbers had me wait for days. Kevin was awesome, he explained the process and was professional. He didn't just throw out any number, he explained the procedure and had written documents which justified his assessment. They stand behind their work 100%. The receptionist was friendly and called back to check up the on us after the job was completed. I felt so satisfied with their work that, i signed up my office as well. Excellent service all around. Thank You !!! A++++++++++++++++

another great experience! Tyler, Bryan. all employees I spoke to or came to my home are awesome. very professional and friendly. . my ac unit stopped working. came out same day Tyler stayed till 1030 to get my bedroom to stay cool enough to sleep there. they were even going to go out and get a window unit so I could stay in my home. they came out next day as promised, replaced my system, cleaned up after and Tyler followed up to see how things were working. the manager came out a day or 2 later to recheck everything to make sure everything was working properly spending money on a new air conditioner is expensive but having envirosafe doing the job helps. reassurance. answered all my questions ,explained everything in detail so I understood it. what a great company.

This was the best experience I've ever had with someone coming to where I live for emergency service. On Saturday evening I noticed a leak coming through the 14 foot high ceiling in the kitchen of my condo. I couldn't find the source but thought it was coming in from outdoors because it had rained a lot that day. Next day it was still dripping and I didn't thing I could get anyone between it being Sunday and coronavirus. I called, got a very friendly person answering who said he could have someone there in an hour. An hour later, Chris the plumber drove up and we did some looking around where I thought the problem was coming from. Couldn't find anything wrong so he asked about a source I hadn't considered, an upstairs neighbor's bathroom which I didn't think was over the kitchen. We went up and sure enough she said she had a leak in the pipe from her toilet. He fixed it and came down to wait to make sure it was the cause. While we waited about a half hour he answered a lot of questions about central air that I had. He knew an impressive amount about the subject. When he was ready to leave I asked how much I owed him. Nothing because it wasn't a big job. Whooo, Came on a Sunday at dinnertime, did great detective work to find the problem, filled us in on a lot of information about central air, and didn't want money for it???? Unreal. I gave him money anyway but I come from New York and never heard of such a thing. I'm switching my central air maintenance contract to Veteran. It was the most impressive house call I've ever had. Thanks!!

Beware of the bait and switch. I was quoted a price for a toilet install and it looked reasonable so I approved it so they could do the work. After my toilet was installed, the guy says oops we entered it into our system wrong and the actual price is - surprise - several hundred dollars higher.

Gabe and Tony just left after fixing a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. They were professional, empathetic and practiced the proper safety measures with their PPE. I will definitely be calling them again when I need work done. Thank you both so much!

HOMEOWNER BEWARE! This company will rip you off, is predatory, and deceptive. Mid December, our boiler went out. Called Horizon to do a diagnostics/repair on it, long story short the tech wasn't very knowledgeable of the boiler (but kept remarking at how out-dated and poorly maintained it was), installed a new control (he claimed it cost $1500) and still couldn't get it working. Tech said they'd likely have to replace the transformer and another part which would total over $3k and rather than throw all that money at it, might as well get a new boiler installed. Hearing him out, we agreed to have them come out to provide an estimate for a new boiler. Scare tactics, shady practices, etc... salesman gave us an estimate for a new boiler totalling over $17,000! They see a nice property and seemingly desperate homeowners and think $$$$. We obviously balked at that price and they eventually went down to $13,000. Beware of any company that can cut $4k off the price just like that, they're taking advantage of you. Oh and don't forget their financing plans that include 9.9% interest! This company is predatory. We had another company come out the next day, were able to get the boiler up and running in a matter of 30 minutes! All it needs is an annual maintenance and it will last for many more decades to come. Apparently Horizon installed an incompatible control on the boiler, which we then had to pay to be replaced - and it only cost $250 not $1500. All around we dodged a bullet by not going through with Horizon's recommendations.

I love this company and have been using them since they installed my HVAC system a number of years ago. We are also Preferred Partner members. So why a 3 star review?
On August 18th, I scheduled my winter service check up. It was set for 10/17/22. I got the emails and texts confirming the appointment even as late as the evening of 10/16. The morning of 10/17, after taking off from work to meet the technician, I got a call saying I need to reschedule my appt since there are many customers who have no service and they take priority. They rescheduled my check up for 12/1! I asked them if they knew about the backlog for so long, why didn't they let me know earlier...or did it just happen overnight?
Hope they earn a 5 star review from me again like I usually give them, after my Dec 1 check up. Hope they don't 'forget' my appointment.
