I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

I bought a house in late November last year and there have been several unexpected plumbing issues, from tree roots in the pipes to a backed up garbage disposal. Thorough, efficient, and exhausted all options before they came to a conclusion about what needed to be done to remedy the drain issue I've been having in my upstairs sink. And after all the time they spent over 2 days, didn't charge as much as I thought they would.

(Unlike the previous drain guys who immediately wanted to tear s*** up, and charged me 50.00 for nothing!)

My friend and I needed help hanging something and he went the extra mile and helped us out! Spent a solid extra 20 minutes and refused tip. Professional and kind. If the rest of the business is anything like him, I highly recommend their services.

All I can say about Advantage Plumbing is that they were much better than my expectations.  Scheduling was a breeze, Aaron arrived when I was told (even if late, I do realize that with plumbing service work, they could have jobs that run unexpectedly long).  Even though he was on time, he still called to let me know he was on his way.  He fully explained everything he was doing and why the part that was being replaced usually goes out.  (I did Google the symptoms I had so had an idea going in what the possible problems were, he did not try to sell me unnecessary things)  Very reasonable on the billing.  As an added bonus, my puppy (well, my 11 year old puppy) liked him.  If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I am not going to waste my time with researching a reasonable plumber, Advantage Plumbing has earned a customer for life.

Quick, professional service.  Cleaned main drain as we had backup problems (on a Saturday!)  Made sure problem was completely fixed and guaranteed work.  Will definitely call Viper again, if needed!

Knowledgeable, quick, on time and professional. They installed new kitchen faucet and air switch for disposal. They also corrected a problem another plumber had caused.

Cory is awesome! He did everything he promised and more. He knows good customer service and isn't going to charge you as much as the big name companies. He is fair and professional. I will only call Certified Plumbing for my plumbing needs moving forward!

The best things about Jetter's are the people and the communication. One plumber in particular, Saylor, has been in our home multiple times. Regardless of the purpose (clogged pipe or plumbing installation) he always takes the time to explain the process and options. He also helps us understand the potential causes of our issues. We really think Saylor is great!

Darrin, the owner, has also been excellent in communicating with us. From setting up his employees appointments with me to explaining how to maintain our pipes after clearing them out, he was very friendly and warm. We were impressed that he came himself to do work in our home. My kids got a little lesson from him too and they loved that they were included in learning about plumbing and caring for our home.

Wrote a review the other day and this was his response. He is now refusing to give me the full refund and lying about the agreed terms. The break down as I was charged:

Total $439
Snaking: $375
Emergency call: $50
Then he stated he would change my dishwasher valve from the cold water to the hot water for $30. He didn't replace anything. In fact he broke my toilet from a trusted plumber. I had to spend extra money to have my toilet reset.

Please stay away from 402 plumbing for sewer issues. Got my friend out here and they unclogged the drain from the main stack in 5 minutes. Just like I told 402 plumbing to do. Also my friend is a plumber with a company here in Omaha. Didn't call him first as he was out of town.

So they would not give me any kind of an indication of what it would cost to snake  my sink drain over the phone. Dude came in and quoted me $300 to clear the drain line.  I told him Burton plumbing and heating which I don't recommend for other reasons, has an $88 drain clearing special. And that I wasn't interested in paying $300. He left all pissy a couple of minutes later.

I snaked it myself with a $25 snake that I got from Lowe's. That's a lot of words to basically say do not call them under any circumstances

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

Scammer. Do not use this business.

We had scheduled an appointment for 3pm, 14 June 2013. Five and a half hours later, still no sign of tech.  Finally, around 9:30pm Burton called and said that they would not be able to come out and that they could come out tomorrow.  We said sure as long as they  only charged the weekday rate, which Burton agreed.  Received a call Saturday morning from Burton, asking us if we still had a problem.  YES...that's why we called you in the first place!  They stated that we were scheduled for the day but the manager had no idea when a tech would show up.  Never heard from Burton all day and finally received a call around 9pm stating they would not be coming out and had know idea when they would be able to get to us.  If you're hurtin...DON'T call Burton.  Wish I could give them negative stars.

Had a water heater installed.  Needed additional parts.  They told me one price and months later got a bill for $300 more out of the blue.  It comes down to me not wanting everything in writing before the work was done.  Cant go by people word anymore.  I should have known better.
