I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

So their we were; trying to change a shower head, it should have been a simple thing to do; right?  
Well one broken pipe buried in a wall later!

That he was having a slow day he came out and hour later did a bunch of measuring and then cut a hole in my wall found the twisted off pipe.  It was copper; not this rubber stuff they use now days.  Anyway he use a pipe cutter took a section out; then took the shower arm off and replaced it then reconnected it welded back the copper pipe attached a wood anchor arm on to the pipe so this wouldn't happen again, tested it then resealed the wall.  He was so carful when cutting out the Sheetrock that it was able to be reused!

I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. I am the primary caretaker of my 94 year old mother, I recently broke my shoulder and am pretty limited to what I can do.  Our water froze and a pipe burst. The house was flooded. I called every plumber that did emergency work. I explained the situation. Everyone told me that it would be a week or more before they could do anything. I called Claude Drabek and told him the situation.  He told me he would have his guys out the next morning. This is why Drabek & Hill leads the industry in service. Dalton has been running a scam for over 5 years or longer.  I had called him to come out for a bid to adjust & replace some plumbing fixtures in an add on.  Dalton was out of town and sent 2 other guys.  It took them over a month to produce a bid.  Once they sent it over it was high and late.  I told him thank you but we went another direction.  He then started to charge me a service fee and added late fees.  He then filed something in court outside of Oklahoma County (probably hoping I wouldn't fight it).  He had a stack of previous clients he had on the court docket I was the only one that showed up.  The judge threw out my case.  If you research the company and Dalton himself you will find some interesting things and many previous clients that would happily share their experience.

This company is a joke. I was hired on as field supervisor. I worked for this company for 2 weeks ! They will screw you in price they have goal sets to make over 80k+ a month there goal is to sell you even if you dont need a thing fixed. I spent my whole 2 weeks fixing problems  that these so called plumbers they hired that are not even licensed. I went to one home and  the so called plumber they had before i started  Ran gas lines and left them leaking so bad if they would not have had the attic and ventilation they had it would have blew up their home !!! This was not the only issue i did so many call backs. Not only that they lie to you estimate are not free with this company they will charge you no matter what and if you dont pay they will try to take you to court. The buisness owner homer Tipton is a theif and liar and will try to take you for every dime you have. Also. Im currently being sued by them for 8500 for no reason he got mad like a child becuase i quite his buisness he begged me to stay.  And if you plan to work for this company i would not recommend it because nor has he paid me for my time!!!! I would not recommended this company at all in my 12 years of plumbing ive never in my life had a call back! Cant believe the work they let these guys do so many call backs! I can promise you this buisness will not be a buisness for long how its ran . dont be a victim and dont have your name associated with this company its nothing but bad news

First they charge me $50 to drive 2 miles to my house.  Then they want to charge me $365 for parts to fix a bathroom shower.  I bought the parts online for $52(with shipping) one day service and it took less than 30 minutes to install.  Thieves!!!  Don't call them!!!

I wouldn't  give Complete Plumbing and Electric even a negative star rating, but I wasn't allowed to comment without giving one. They began my remodel in July. It was supposed to take three weeks approximately. After almost 2 months I changed the locks on my house and began fixing the damage they left behind and completing the work they didn't finish. After paying them around $7500, I have now had to get materials and labor donated to help me try to bring my kids back home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Wasted $185.00 on toilet inside replacements.  Toilets leaked and were in worse shape than before.
Never received an estimate on putting in new toilets.
Replaced them ourselves for $125.00 each

Scott asked if he could use my backyard to dig a trench for my neighbors plumbing. He told me it would just take a day, then would clean up and put the fence back. 10 days later with him periodically coming from 9pm-12am doing little to no progress. He stole a bike from the back and even his coworker told me every time he's worked with Scott something of his gets stolen. On top of that Scott called me a lazy ass for not doing his own job. Be careful, his word is sketchy and he steals.
