Best Thermostat Repair in Oklahoma City OK
My pipes in bathroom sprang a leak and leaking through the wall of my closet and flooding into the bedroom out into the hallway. I called Dense and they quickly had someone come out and take care of this for me. They were quick and efficient.
I would recommend them to everyone!!

Update to previous 1 star review, I was contacted by the company, they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home, and fixed the issue, replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! I have used them to design and install my entire heat and air system and complete the plumbing, in a metal home that has had some unique challenges. Words truely cannot express what a blessing the owner and employees have been to me. When you call you will reach the owner who will immediately treat you like family. They know their stuff and will openly discuss with you your options and will identify areas that will save you money, not just on the front end, but long-term as they intend to take care of you for the long haul. I am building this home on my own, without the benefit of my most trusted advisor -- Lifetime was a genuine blessing to me as they were HONEST and treated me like a friend when I really needed one. 10 stars!!

This is another company I've called today who advertise 24/7 emergency service but then say they have no plumber. I don't mind being closed or only doing certain services, but don't advertise emergency service then. I have no water, that is an emergency.

Called them for a quote to look at our AC. It had been out for over 24 hrs. during the warmer temperatures. The tech showed up 3 hours late. (They did not provide a window). He came in the house, looked at our furnace and left as soon as he saw a second HVAC company pull up in the yard. He even said to the other competitor as he was walking out, it looks like you're up next. He told us he'd have to cut open our walls in the attic to replace the furnace or something silly like that. No other company that provided us a quote told us that would have to be done. We thought the tech went to check the outdoor unit but ended up driving off without notice. We could only assume because they didn't want to compete with another HVAC company. They never provided a quote or anything--nor did they tell us they thought they weren't capable of handling the issue and fixing it. Absolutely awful customer service. Do your research! We will next time!

We hired this company to fix our outdoor gas fire pit. They came to our house in a reasonable time frame and we're on time. That is where the good news ends. The three man crew didn't say but 3 words, looked at the problem and told us they'd have to research parts and get back to us with a quote. Knowing prices have gone up recently we were not surprised when we were given a quote of $500+ for the gas pipe and gas ring repair. We authorized them to order parts and get back to us for another actual repair appointment. Again, the company was responsive and on time. This time there was one plumbing specialist and he finished the repair in about 30 minutes. He came to the door to collect payment and went on his way. At the time we were extremely busy and had no chance to inspect the work. The next day we went outside and noticed that the gas ring that was replaced was in no way shape or form equal to what was in the fire pit before. (My husband explained that the gas rings were rusted out and fell apart when we removed them) They claimed we didn't explain to them what was there before but we did. The tiny little gas ring was about 8 inches in diameter in a 31 inch fire pit. How does that make any sense? A representative called to make sure we were satisfied with the service and I explained to Her we were not. She apologized and said someone would get back to me. After about 15 minutes Stephen called me back (he did not identify his position in the company) and advised us that if we wanted the bigger gas ring it would be an additional $585. I declined politely, hung up and moved on. We have since found a part for our pit on Amazon for half the price and made the repair ourselves. We have come to terms with the fact that we were overcharged and taken advantage of most likely because we just moved into town from out of state. So, besides being punctual I have nothing nice to say. Make sure you get different quotes when this company gives you a price. I am attaching a picture to show the size of the fire pit compared to the gas ring they installed.

They charged over $200 for a capacitor . I understand mark up but this can be purchased for $50 or two under. No discussion about the price of the part until it was installed.
The fan was making a rattling noise after. The tech pretty much blew it off when my wife asked him about it.
Now system is down again the next morning.
I would have preferred to live with a rattle in my fan than call them back out.
Maybe it will be a better experience. If so I will update.
Since I posted this Scott from their company called me and made things ok.
He provided some good customer service and took care of our issue.
Thank Scott

I recently purchased a house built in 1928 that was renovated 5 years ago. A tankless water heater was installed at that time. Over the past several days, the tankless was not turning on, we had REALLY cold showers...it's not fun! Fortunately the previous owner left the instruction guide with Edco Plumbing and their phone number hand written on the cover. I called.
Jerry came out to take a look at the water heater - which he had serviced in the past. He is the most informative plumber I know! I now know what I need to do to keep the tankless running. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I'll give Edco a call!
