We had an appointment with the contractor for a period of 2 hours, BUT no one showed up!!!

After my complaint, someone knowledgeable showed up, changing my  rating to neutral.

I was having  trouble with the roof drain on my house, I have used Discount Plumbing several times. I gave them a call and Carlos G arrived on time, after cutting the pipe at the base we found a ball that had gotten onto the roof years ago and found it's way to the drain. Plus about 8 of roof gravel sitting on top of the ball. That's why no water would drain.

We called many plumbers and Toce Plumbing was the only one to call us back and fit us in his schedule. He was really a gem and went through the whole house with my husband (not just where we had a problem ie husband tried to fix a leak that went really bad). He came back the next day and fixed all of our issues. Definitely recommend and will be callling back if we have any plumbing needs in the future. (This is our second plumber we have used since moving to Oakland and by far he was the best)

My hot water heater was overflowing and I needed a replacement.  Mohammed gets 5 stars for his professionalism, honest, and timeliness. He had all of the parts to install my water heater to meet the current codes.  He was didn't sell me anything that I didn't need.  He was extremely efficient with the install.  I'm super happy to receive this type of service and will definitely call Mohammed when I need additional plumbing assistance.  Very highly recommend!
