Best Handyman Painting in Oakland CA

I sent a request for a quote and Paul responded within the hour.  We needed to have two curtain rods hung and some help with trim painting and picture hanging.  Paul arrived on time and did an excellent job for the price quoted.  My wife and I are very happy with the work and will defintley be calling on Paul again.

Keshab is very professional in helping to install and repair a number of appliances in kitchen and bathroom. He recently did excellent work to replace our kitchen and bathroom sink P-traps, caulk around bathroom and kitchen sinks and install new transformers for halogen light bulbs. He is courteous, prompt, careful, competent, trustworthy. I would definitely call him for future projects without hesitation.

My bathroom fan was making huge noise, I contacted two handymen before, they did not accept this type of work as my fan was really old and was built inside the ceiling.  I contacted Eugene to replace it. He answered my message really fast and provided the details and information why it was making that noise. His quote price was really reasonable. He arrived on time and really easy to talk to. After initial work, he went to Lowes to get a new fans and returned right away. The work was finished really fast and I am really happy with the new fans. I definitely recommend Eugene and will contact him again for my future home project.

I called Rudy late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. I had started kitchen faucet replacement but ran into some issues He came over within the hour and finished the job quickly and efficiently. His price was reasonable. I'll use his services again

We had a shower regulator problem that required replacement of the unit.  This involved cutting through drywall, cutting and replacing piping and installing a new fixture.  The job was thorough and well-done as well as timely completed.

Would use them again.

Dave responded to my request for bid and proposal right away by quoting $2500 for the job.  Understand he hadn't even seen the job site at this point.  

So I came back and wrote, well that's a bid but what's your proposal?  What do you propose to do for that $2500?  To which he agreed perhaps he should see the site.  And I agreed and told him that my week was free, just name a date for the visit.

He never responded to that after more than a week had passed by.

Dave might be the best thing since sliced bread for fixing floor problems, but he's totally missing proper project management skills.  He doesn't seem to know what a request for bid and proposal means.  At least with me he didn't show that he did.

I do not recommend him because of his lack of management skills.
