Best Air Duct Cleaning in Oakland CA

I discovered a leak in a recirculating hot water line just beyond where it exits the hot water heater and recirculating pump. Albert Nahman Plumbing has done a number of jobs at our home. (I believe Albert himself may have been here the first time we used them -- we've been in the house 22 years.) The service tech who did this job was Nathan. He was prompt, professional and efficient. He explained the repair that had to be made and then showed me the work when it was done.

Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating can at times be more expensive than other plumbers. It could be that they have higher overhead; their trucks are always clean, they have uniforms and employ a number of operations and communication systems that are focused on excellent customer service. They also train their field service techs well; they have done work here during which an experienced tech was training a new hire while he did the job. They confirm appointments by email and phone, give you a heads up shortly before they arrive, and guarantee their parts and labor.

That said, they are not always the most expensive. Three years ago I replaced our hot water heater, installed a hot water recirculating pump, emergency gas shutoff valve, and two low flow toilets. Nahman was the most competitive of the three proposals I received.

In short, Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating is thoroughly professional, has the capacity to schedule non-emergency service within a couple of days, and is focused on consistently high quality work and customer service.

Joey came right on time, very professional and gave good common sense advise. The cost was reasonable and very thrilled he solved my problem immediately!  My go to plumbers!

Rey came and I was so impressed. Fixed problem. Was friendly and courteous. One month later, the shower he fixed would. Ot turn off. Called and couldnt get through. Tested and learned he was outta town. Asked for advice. Nothing. Found someone to fix it. Still haven't heard from Rey-out about $800 just with his work.

Always reliable service. We've used Supreme several times in the last couple years and I absolutely owe them this review. The Bay has been hit with a cold snap, the holidays are here, so fixing a heater is a necessity. While every heating business has been overwhelmed and busy, Supreme squeezed us in to repair our heating unit. Great and professional service, we are so grateful. Here's to a literal warm Christmas gift--just in time. Thank you!

This company looked great as I've seen their vans driving up and down in the Bay Area so when I had a heating and air conditioning issue I was happy  to call them.
The technician came and ran diagnosis and let me know that a wire needs to be replaced and it will cost $1,200(WOW).
I called 2 more companies to check as it didn't make sense why a simple wire will be that much. The two companies showed me a completely different problem and solved issue with $60!!!!!!!!!!!
I called the nice lady who booked the appointment and she transferred me to some guy, don't remember the name. He was awful! He started the conversation by saying WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS, I was shocked as I wan't that angry in the beginning but the way he attacked me right away for no reason I was shocked, it didn't stop there, he cursed me! unbelievable he actually cursed me and screamed at me.

I regret the minute I called them and I hope everyone will read the reviews and understand how they work.

I called Harry Clark for a 2nd bid on my lateral sewer break which was in the roadway. Brad, the owner, came out. I knew I would be spending several thousand dollars and wanted to look at the price carefully. I had called the City to inform myself about permits and learned that the City's two permits were $650, down from $800 as of July 1. I later learned from Harry Clark's receptionist that the EBMUD permit was $150. Brad began by telling me the price was the price and it had no components. When I balked at this he added that the permits alone were $1300. When I told him what I knew he became defensive, angry that I might be questioning his honesty. That I most decidedly do now. When I interjected a further difference between what he was telling me was the cost and what I knew to be true he called me an asshole and stalked off saying I hope you pay $8000 for your sewer repair. Harry Clark making friends in the neighborhood! I strongly suggest when hiring these folks to examine their permit charges closely!!

Justin came the next day when my forced air heating unit stopped. He crawled under the house, replaced a fuse and we're back on!  Also he was so kind and loving towards my puppy dachshund - big bonus! Everything was economical and I will surely use
jazz to replace the heater when it's time to do so. Thank you Jazz Heating!
