Over $500.00 and the furnace still doesn't work. 2 return visit and and now they want another $900.00 on top of the $500.00. All they do is upsell no real help. Don't waste you hard earned money with these people.

Washer was not draining....called and wonderful Gabby was able to help right away. She sent Michael.  He was very nice and was a pleasure young man. He fixed the drain and now my new washer will work when it's delivered tomorrow. Thank you so very much. Will call again it ever in need.

I called NPA out to double-check my gas line for the dryer because I smelled a hint of natural gas. Jason was here within an hour. It may have been just as easy to tighten up the gas line myself, but I'm no professional. I didn't want to take that gamble as there could have been other underlying issues. I highly recommend NPA!
