Dov! What can I say about the guy? He's pretty much a genius. I have had Dov repair everything from plumbing to air vents and appliances. He's incredibly personable, takes the job really really seriously (I'm a landlord) and is absolutely incredibly reliable. Unlike most folks, his communication skills are excellent and he is incredibly responsive. He is my go to guy and hope that'll be the case for many years.

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!

My mom recently moved to NJ and I was looking for a company to snake her toilet. They came on time and was also able to take a look at other plumbing work I needed and provided me with an estimate. They gave the best price for drain cleaning. Will use again for any plumbing needs

This is my local plumber and I can't recommend them enough.  Their rates are very reasonable and despite the fact that they always seem to be busy, they fit me in asap.  All the plumbers in this firm are professional. knowledgeable, and courteous.

Excellent service.  I worked with this company for years.  Professional .Punctual and efficient.  I had my boiler and pluming fixed by them  . No hidden prices . Very honest . In less then 24 hours for a non emergency issue the job well done.

Our first floor toilet was leaking onto the roof of the basement. We thought it was the bathtub drain that was leaking. We arranged for Igor to come and check it out. We sent pictures to him so that he could give us a quote. He gave us quotes for initial inspection and then the different fixes that may have to be done.
He came at the appointed time and realized that it was just a caulking issue. He told us that this was not something he could fix but then he didn't even charge us for coming in and doing the inspection. I really appreciate the integrity of this business.

Chris did a great job with fixing a valve on my boiler. He took his time to explain how it works and what he needed to do. No further issues. Price quote was fair and accurate. I would absolutely use Intrepidus again.

Scheduled an appt for 8am, took the day off from work and waited around until 1pm. Still never showed, no communication. Would not recommend this company.

This company''s Yelp page promises 100% response within 40 minutes...left two voicemail messages, one on Saturday (I didn't expect a response until Monday), and one at 9:30 am Monday...it's now 4:25 pm Monday: no response...

We had Fabio back a few times for a bunch of projects.  Most recently he installed a vanity sink for us & it looks/works fantastic.  Really nice and helpful guy who does great work!

Called Woodhaven Plumbing for a problem with my shower diverter that needed to be fixed asap. I told Keith parts were old and may not be easy to find. He comes the next day, takes the old diverter and comes back with a replacement--I later realized it was not the correct one.

He installs the new one and it GETS STUCK! Now he has to work getting the part out over a half hour, banging and hammering. Long story short: new part doesn't work.

Next step: he needs to break open the wall and change the whole shower body, a job over $600--plus cost and time of re-tiling the shower. Only problem is he can't come back till 4 days later because he had other jobs to go to which he made it very clear were more important (i.e. lucrative) than just finishing up my job. I emphasized that he's already here, I need this done asap no matter how much it costs! No, he absolutely can't today, hands me a bill for $175 service and leaves.

Next day I find a plumber that was able to quickly find the correct diverter and install it in a timely and affordable manner. Within 30 mins, the job was done!

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

I renovated two bathrooms.  My contractor's regular plumbing guys couldn't do the job so we used these guys.  Service was lousy. Problems: 1) They delayed the project by waiting until the last minute to pull the permit.  Before and after the pulled the permit, they  came late on multiple occasions.  Whatever day they were supposed to come - they ended up coming 3-5 days after that day. 2) on the day before we were suppose to move back in, they finally showed up to hookup the plumbing but the guy walked off after missing the proper installation nut.  My contractor had to beg him to come back and complete a partial installation so that we had a working toilet and tub for the weekend. 3) The washing machine malfunctioned because they mislaid a small water sensor for electronic shutoff. They finally came back three weeks later to replace the missing part.  4) Finally, they poorly welded some of the piping since one of the bathrooms has really low water pressure flow.  This was not a problem before the renovation so it was a post renovation issue.  There was more but at this point, I've blocked it from my memory.  We were otherwise pleased with our contractor and electrician, but the plumber was the cause of much of the renovation project issues.

No stars! This company does repair work for the city of NY. He charges astronomical prices and is a rip off. Claims to have done work but is questionable what was actually done. No detail billing. No breakdown for charges. Just a large bill. Stay away, run the other direction.
