Our kitchen needed remodeling. Honestly, my wife and I purchased a new kitchen countertop and we were looking for someone install it. Samir by far is a great choice. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions, and also suggested a few other options. The installation was quick, neat and perfect. He educated us throughout the installation and has a great sense of humor. You can tell that he really enjoys his work and understands what the customer needs. Definitely a great choice. We hired Harry right before the COVID 19 pandemic. We are fairly new to Middle Village and have gone through our share of horrible contractors. Good price, poor work- great work but very expensive price and a cocky attitude. Then we met Harry (contractor #4) who was not the least expensive, but great, quality work. I met Harry on Yelp a few years ago but never hired him for work because he was busy and the work I needed was not urgent. This time I hit the jackpot! Harry and his men were professional and human; punctual, respectful and trustworthy. They respected our home, our children and our schedules. They fixed up my botched bathroom that contractor 2 worked on. My bathroom was not even a year old and the floor tiles were cracking and the saddle in my shower was leaking! At the same time, I trusted them with my kitchen backsplash that took me almost a year to decide on. The end results speak for themselves. I will definitely hire Harry and his crew again. I am very happy customer.

This company was very responsive, but extremely pricey.

Our hot water in our shower wasn't working. The contractor came by and replaced a part behind the fixture. They entered the apartment at 12:14pm, and left at 12:24pm. Less than 10 minutes of actual work - awesome. So kudos for this.

I was initially invoiced $450 for the work, but it was later discounted to $318.

I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

This review is a little late but I really wanted to come back and make sure to give this business a huge shout out.

I had a very small problem with my sink that I wanted to fix myself. Zach spoke with me on the phone and talked me through the whole thing, step by step, and didn't charge me a dime! He was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient and DEFINITELY earned my trust and future business!
