I had a great experience with a new company. I found Copperhead Plumbing online and I have a block in my sewer line. Justin the owner came out and on a Sunday morning, fixed my issue and told me how I can prevent future problems. He was on time and on price. He has a lot of experience but he just started out on his own recently. I will use him again.

Great guys. I needed some work done. They came out handled my issue quickly and it looks awesome.

I had an exterior pipe slow leak and the plumber I've used in the past couldn't get to me for a few days. So I searched for someone with availability even taking a video of the issue to assist with diagnosing what was necessary to stop it. Julius was responsive and there's a website form to request service as well. I called and after hearing the voicemail requesting you fill out the form online, I did so and he called back in minutes.

He said he'd try to get out same day if he had cancellations or the next day for sure which is the reason I didn't call around to anyone else. Then, at the end of the day, he messaged to say he'd be there the following day. I acknowledged receipt and asked him to give me a call once he was in route. After the morning passed and he hadn't contacted me, I called and he made over in 30 minutes and said it'd cost about $200-300. $200 if repaired, $300 if replaced.

He was able to address the issue and accepted Venmo or CashApp. All in all a good experience.

I called around and got quotes from various plumbers. His price for: visit, clean-out and/or video inspection were pretty much the same as the others. However, the quality of service and honesty is what convinced me to choose this company. In both the initial phone conversation  and during his visit his friendliness, expertise, knowledge and helpfulness shone throughout. My clog was fixed in a very short space of time and I received a wealth of information in the process. In addition, he was prompt in arriving at the appointed time. Professionalism, quality of service, timeliness and friendly service doesn't get any better than this!

They were extremely responsive and courteous, as well as accommodating. I called at noon and it's almost 4, and he's already been here, connected my dryer, and I'm back to doing laundry. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

He wore a mask when we met and showed up when he said he would. He kept me posted on progress and the job came out beautifully!

These guys were fantastic! We recently hired Affordable Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. Sheldon gave us a very fair price to perform the work and did a great job. We provided a new water heater from HomeDepot for him to install and when he unboxed it there was a big dent in the top. Sheldon loaded it up in his truck and brought it to Home Depot to exchange for us at no charge. He then proceeded to open up boxes at the store until he found one in perfect condition.

Sheldon insisted he wanted everything to be done right and did exactly that.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing!

Thank goodness I have only had to use their services once, but the technician was on time, courtious and finished the job fast.   He left my bathroom cleaner than when her came!!!!!!

Always on time, cleans up after his repairs, fast and honest. We called to have him make several repairs. He wasted no time getting them done. We have had him back a couple more times since then and are very happy with his work.

If It were possible to give this company less than a star in order to post a review I would. Let the Consumer beware. Do not use this company. Everyone is unprofessional from the office staff to the field. This is another incident where this company was contracted by my home warranty company.  I called my warranty company because there's a problem with the toilet. It was obviously backing up. Man came out looked at the toilet then claimed he had to go outside to talk with the office.  He comes back in after talking to the office and tells me that this service is not covered by my home warranty, they don't cover a partial stoppage only a complete stoppage of the toilet.  So I am supposed to wait until the toilet floods my bathroom to request service??? Then he tells me that they can run an auger 6 feet for an additional $45. So my son, who is desperate to get the toilet unclogged because it's causing a terrible odor in the house, gives them another $45 cash. The guy turns off the water, brings the auger and tries to route out the toilet.  You know you're not gonna route out a toilet with 6 feet of line.
I got on the phone with the warranty company and they said that I was not to give the plumbing company anymore money. In the meantime the so-called plumber is telling my son that they will need another $80 to pick the toilet up and route it out with the router. That would make the total call, $225 just to route out a toilet WHICH THEY'VE TOLD MY WARRANTY COMPANY IS NOT CLOGGED!  Now if the toilet is not stopped up as they claimed,why would I be pay $225.00. to unstop it? I told my son not to pay the $80 because a stoppage IS covered by my warranty then my son tells me they left and didn't even turn the water back on. So they made $145 in about 15 minutes and didn't do anything including not giving my son a receipt for the $45 extra he paid! When I called back and explained that service man left without giving us a receipt and without even turning the water back on, the receptionist said that they were gone for the day and that I would hear from them tomorrow. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed  the manager was gone. I asked the managers name and that's when she started saying hello hello I can't hear you you're breaking up. I called  back and she did the same thing. This is outrageous in the time of this pandemic that a company would conduct itself in this manner.  This review is completely true and I just wish the owner would get on this website and try to defend this horrible service. I guess that's why he has such terrible reviews and I will never again use any company without reading the Yelp reviews first!

I love Tunnel Vision!  I am a realtor and I have had them do many video plumbing inspections for my clients. They are very thorough and professional. Frank always takes time to explain things. They always try to fit me in even with a short notice. When it came time for my husband and I to buy a house I knew I wanted Tunnel Vision to do my plumbing inspection.

UPDATE 2/28/21
The job still isn't finished. I had to go buy the appliances to get them installed. The Parrish had to force the point of inspections. I'm probably going to have to get someone else to finish this.

It makes me sad that people you trust don't give a damn. I've learned an important lesson.

Two weeks ago I had Lenny with All American Plumbing come out to do a bid on a large job in our warehouse.  I explained to him how I've had multiple companies being so non-responsive and it's been difficult to get companies to get back with me.  I thought he was going to be different, however, we had to literally call today for the 3rd or 4th time asking if we can please get a quote.  His response was very unacceptable saying well you got a couple other bids and if it's all about price then... I then stated, it's not only about pricing, but I would be an idiot if I didn't at least get a couple bids for such a large job.  I said his actions of being non responsive, not getting us a quote in a timely manor, and his excuse was... man, I've just been very busy  Yeah, me too.  I run 4 companies and I never just blow people off like that.  Sick of other business owners excuses.  Just do the right thing.  If you can't help or too busy, that's fine, just tell me and I'm 100% certain I'll understand.
