Best Plumbing Inspection in New Orleans LA

Great guys. I needed some work done. They came out handled my issue quickly and it looks awesome.

Could not have been happier about calling Julius. I had a plumbing emergency on my hands and he came out the same day to assess the situation. Then he even came back after his other jobs that were already scheduled to make sure I at least had running water. He is extremely considerate and worked his butt off in this horrible heat! I've used this company for construction projects since 2013. They are reliable and professional. pricing is reasonable. I truly feel like they have my best interest in mind. They are also very good about helping me make the best decisions when issues come up. I don't even bother getting quotes from other plumbers at this point.

I don't like how they told me they would be here within the hour and never called and said they couldn't make it. Very unprofessional.

Awesome customer service! Forgive me I forgot the gentleman's name. He kept us informed about the status of our appointment. We were racing the storms moving in to get the job started and completed before it was a total washout. Needless to say it got done quickly and correctly. They guys are REALLY great.They came back the next day at NO CHARGE to look further for my problem.They we're not satisfied until they did.AND,it did not cost me a fortune.

Use Kelley's plumbing for all our plumbing issues to water heaters, plumbing inspections, random leaks in the attic to getting my wedding ring out the bathroom sink! Call them even in Saturday's and they will call back! Had a recent leak in our attic with some old pipes and they were in and out on Monday morning like ninjas. Definitely recommend!

Chris did awesome job. Cthibs plumbing helped me with kitchen and bathroom renovations which overwhelmed me tremendously but with the help
Of his helpers(Stephanie) and him it made my experience fun and educational and I love my home more now. Exactly what I want finish was worth it.

I've been working with D&D Maintenance since I bought my house in New Orleans four years ago.  They've helped me with routine maintenance, emergency work, repairs, etc.  I've been pleased with their timeliness, attention to detail, friendly and trustworthy staff.   I will continue to use them for future jobs.

These people.  If you aren't at their beckoning call, don't call them.  They showed up to the scheduled time frame late.  Demanded a $100.00 deductible and because they couldn't get my card right then and there, because I ran to the bathroom for the first time in hours waiting on them, they left!  ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE A HIGHLY INCOMPETENT PERSON DOING BASIC CLERICAL WORK!  No customer service what's so ever!  I was forced to use them because of my home warranty company!!!  Not to mention the fact that they are racist!!  Please be smart don't hire these people!

I love Tunnel Vision!  I am a realtor and I have had them do many video plumbing inspections for my clients. They are very thorough and professional. Frank always takes time to explain things. They always try to fit me in even with a short notice. When it came time for my husband and I to buy a house I knew I wanted Tunnel Vision to do my plumbing inspection.

Called Accardo & Lambert to inspect the plumbing of a house we were purchasing. We were conscientious of potential problems because the house is 100 years old, so we brought a roofer, an electrician, a general contractor and a plumber (Accardo & Lambert) on site. None of the others charged us to inspect the house, as they considered it to be a bid on the work and then provided us with descriptive reports of the home's issues. At the end of the plumbing inspection, Accardo & Lambert charged us $200. We were surprised, but wrote the check (at 2 pm on a Friday). By 5 p.m. that day, the check had been cashed, but we had not yet been provided the report.

We'd been explicit that we needed it by Monday, because we had to put the final offer on the house by Tuesday. We did not receive it by Monday afternoon, so I called. And then called again.

On Tuesday morning, I was told the plumber had dropped it off.. but the report was nowhere to be seen. Despite telling them repeatedly, and having them write the correct address down, they had dropped off the report to the house we were trying to purchase!! They had done the report entirely by hand, despite being asked to send it electronically, so they didn't have any records of what they'd written. So then the owner had to write another report from the plumber's memory of the issues. Argh. Add in the fact that I had to call them repeatedly to actually obtain this report AND the fact that the owner began yelling at me when I told him we were concerned that he had immediately cashed the check but it had been difficult to obtain the work we had paid them for. Argh again.

When the owner delivered the report to me by hand, he was apologetic for his behavior and brought me a stack of pens as a peace offering. His final demeanor is the reason I am not giving the place one star. I can't speak to the actual quality of their work, because we are not going to use them.
