Excellent service. They arrived within an hour of my call and had the drain unclogged and a pipe replaced in less than 45 minutes. Both gentleman were polite and gave an accurate quote prior to making the repairs. Highly recommend.

What a pleasure doing business with this company. Called at 3:00 Friday afternoon, Michael Shaver (owner) answered the phone immediately and told me he would have someone there within 2 hours and that the plumber would call when he was a half hour away. (Might I add that this was not an emergency call, I just happened to discover a leak under the kitchen sink). Josh was there within an hour, having called when he was a 1/2 hour out as promised. Josh was an absolute professional and both my husband and I enjoyed standing in the kitchen talking to him as he laid under the kitchen sink fixing the problem. I only wish all service people and company owners showed the amount of professional that Michael and Josh did. I highly recommend this company (and would ask for Josh!) and thank them and wish them all the best! Hope we don't have too many plumbing problems, but will only call this company in the future, knowing that they are the best of the best!

My husband is in heart failure and we needed a simple plumbing fix that he might usually be able to do. We reached out to three plumbing companies and heard from Michael Shaver right away. They came out the next day, fixed the issue, and charged a fair rate. We also like that they are from Bethpage that is a small community very near where we live!

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows. All work accomplished in a timely fashion. Both teams cleaned up things before they left. Prices were reasonable. I even signed up for an annual service plan. Good folks!

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

first the good:
provided a very clear quote with the work and service involved. we were given details on the equipment and parts to be installed
when some issues with the electrical came up, they found solutions and got it to work without added charges
the installers and then the electricians who came were super nice and professional, staying a lot later than expected
the neutral:
they are rather expensive, even compared to prices/quotes I got for my properties in Boston (generally speaking Boston is about 30% more expensive than nashville on average, and even more when you factor in boonies). but, they felt solid enough
I am not a fan of Gov Lee at all and if not for florida and texas would say he's the worst governor in the entire country. I know he's no longer afiliated with the lee company, but it is his family's business and i'm sure he still has a lot of $$ interests, etc.
the negatives:
the electrician folks had to come a day or two later to do the wiring correctly, but they had no information at all related to what the installers did, and then they ended up ripping it all out and redoing it, which is just an awful lot of extra time and hassle, and as a result we lost the very last open slot in our electric panel. a small thing but the electricians kept repeatedly asking me technical questions that I would have assumed should be handled between them and the installers as they are all employees of Lee.
they wouldnt really even look at or help with any of the ductwork and randomly threw out a quote of $7k to completely redo it all--it just had some unattached ducts and mediocre settings for the airflow (too much to some spaces, too little elsewhere). An hvac professional could have gone in and adjusted it all in less than an hour with less than $100 in material. I did it myself with some trial and error and help from a family friend over the phone (hvac pro, but over 1000 miles away) so we got it done, just took me the better part of a day plus a couple return trips to the crawlspace. I would have paid $400-500ish for them to do the work, but I can also respect if it's not part of their general wheelhouse. I'm including that in the negative solely because their website implies they would do this sort of work as well. In boston, I had a few indepentent hvac guys I could have called and woud have shown up and taken care of it quickly and easily for under $200. But, we're new to TN and dont have a super trustworthy network of people yet.
Overall, happy with the job done and the system works well. In the future, I'll likely purchase equipment myself and just hiring an electrician. But, if its for something complicated and/or involving a lot of moving parts and I'm pressed for time as well, I won't hesitate to use them again. I'll add some photos soon! 2 months or so later and the system works really well.

Don't use their services. In a gas leak project, rather than replacing with new pipes/valves, they replaced mine with used items from another job. Make sure to ask them before and after photos for the parts.

We have spent almost $2,000 over seven months and not had the problem fixed. Our first call to Lee Plumbing was for a small drip in the shower. They replaced a cartridge and all was good. They talked us into a yearly plan for $99. This proved to be a mistake as every time they come out they seem to find a problem. Our kitchen sink water runs hot and then ice cold and back to hot. They supposedly made our tankless hot water heater like new which did not solve the problem. Then they replaced our kitchen faucet. Then they changed out a cartridge from the guest bathroom, and while they were here decided they didn't like the way their former technician had replaced a cartridge in the other bathroom and replaced it for free. Later that night we noticed clanking sounds in the bathroom, and Lee came out and said our shower valve had gone bad. In fairness, they did replace it for free because it was fine until they got in there and messed with it. Every time someone comes out it is a different person. It is not only inconvenient for us to be here, but the issue with the hot/cold water has not been resolved. Also, they removed our flow constrictors without asking us, and now they cannot be replaced. The last straw was when the plumber was here and said he did not know how to turn up our hot water...The employee before him had lowered it from 130 to 125 and we wanted it raised back to 130. Seriously??? Sorry Lee, but our business is going elsewhere because we have lost trust in you.

Not pleased with unresolved plumbing issue. Paid for service but problem still exists. Did nothing more than run an auger down pipe and then swipe credit card. Gotta say I'm unimpressed., can't recommend Lee Company to anyone and will need to find a real plumber.
