Best Water Softener Repair in Milwaukee WI

I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

We had a clogged pipe and called Chris. He worked with my schedule to come out to fix it. He arrived at the stated time and quickly evaluated the situation. This company is Awesome! We have used them for numerous installs and repairs for the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. We have had them install two new toilets, grab bars in the shower, a new garbage disposer and a new water heater. We have also had them check to see why our basement drain kept backing up and they fixed that problem. This last time we had them back because the new water heater they installed in January 2015 stopped working last month. No hot water! They made four trips to our house to try to fix the problem and it would work for a day or two, or last time a week, but they finally decided to order us a new one from the manufacturer and installed it yesterday. All of this was at no charge to us, no labor, parts, nothing! The owner, Jeff, even came on a Friday afternoon to get a new part installed. He has been great, always available through text or phone. He also called today to make sure the install went OK and that we weren't having any problems. Can't blame Cox for the water heater problems, we apparently got a deficient heater from Rheem. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful and willing to do whatever they can to help. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I had a couple different companies come by and test our water and quote me a water softener system, and Soft Water was the most knowledgable and helpful. These guys know their stuff. They have a nice rent-to-own setup to get you set up with a system for around 20 bucks a month, with the option to purchase later.

The installer went the extra mile and gave me some valuable pointers on how to clear debris out of the lines and get some extra water pressure at the faucets.

I'm pretty good with tools and have installed one water heater before. For me the whole job turned into a total nightmare. After been without hot water for an embarrassing length of time I gave up and called this 100 year old company. The technician named Rod came in and the job was completed in record time. Rod was not only very knowledgeable but also gave a detail explaination of the problem.  The bill was very responsible. Any plumbing problem I have in the future is now a no brainer who to call. I give my best recommendation to Borkenhagen Plumbing & Heating. Thanks Rod!

We have used Rick's a few times in the past and I would always recommend Rick's to anyone!  This time they needed to add pipes to add a second sink to our bathroom counter.  They removed an old sink, added 2 new sinks, pipes and a faucet.  One of their newer employees, Andrew, did the work and he was so polite, knowledgeable and finished the work in record time which made our bill much lower than expected.  I love using local businesses for any work we need done so Rick's is the best plumbing choice in the Hartford area!

Tosa plumbing was supposed to fix the drain in my basement bar sink several months ago.  To this day nothing has happened and there has been no communication.  The plumber has a nice beard tho

Sadly, my poor rating is due to the fact that over a month ago I called and was told that the person I would need was on vacation and would call me back. I was ever called back. Hesitantly I called them last week. Was told they would call me back the next day. Nothing.
Now, my project is delayed.

Don't use these people! They continuously hung up on me and didn't return my text message. They had come to my house to look at my faucet and were dumbfounded by the problem. After they left I realized they hadn't even looked under the sink and were testing the water pressure all wrong. I think they got mad at me for calling back. Very childish! Stay away!

We needed a water heater replaced this week. McCoy Plumbing saved us more than $250 (less) than we were quoted by the place we bought the heater from. We will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks if we know of a good plumber!

As stated in a previous review the owner of Wilkes is scary!  He has no qualms about being rude to customers if he feels in the right!  They do good work-the plumbers that work for him are nice- he is not!  I would steer clear and hire another company that's more professional because if the owner shows up on your job and there is a discrepancy- heaven help you- short fuse!
