Best Sink Installation in Milwaukee WI
I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint! Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

Very professional, clean, and quick, no hidden charges, same day service, reasonable rates, honest opinion and offered suggestions on how to save costs. He had all necessary materials with him. I would highly recommend his service especially in an emergency.

Jason is reliable and knows his stuff. Hooked up water to my new fridge. Used him before and will continue to use him when needed.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

I had Martin over the first time to level out my backyard to install a pool. I had recently broke my ankle and wasn't able to do much on my own. He helped me with so many other things while he was here; it was unbelievably helpful. Cleaned gutters, fixed a gate- and he ended up assembling and putting up the pool for me!
Fast forward 8 months -ankle still broke - I want to install a dog door for my upcoming surgery. He suggested a door, came out, installed it, and even followed up a few times to see how the dogs were liking it.
He's very reliable, cleans up after himself, and charges reasonable rates.
Bonus- he listens to good music while he works!

Have used this company many times, but NEVER again.
They literally charged us $465 to unplug a drain.
This was about an hour's worth of work, not counting the time they spent going back to their service center because they didn't bring the necessary equipment.
Avoid unless you want to get ripped off.

I needed a plumber to replace a drain pipe attached to a basement sink basin. I also had a leaky toilet flapper that controls the flow of water from tank to toilet bowl. I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet.
Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. I wish all trades people that I hire could be so helpful, professional and willing to try to help their customers save money instead of trying to gouge them. I couldn't have been happier with Thiessenhusen Plumbing. I will recommend them to everyone I know who is in need of a plumber. AAA+++ 5 stars

I called Chris in the morning for a kitchen sink problem and he was out that same day! Fixed the issue and will definitely use his services in the future if needed. Thanks so much!

A growing independent, we've only had the best of service from this team - after being taken advantage of by a bigger company (Oak Creek Plumbing seriously overcharged us twice, did faulty installation once), and an individual plumber (J.T. improperly installed the shower drain on an expensive remodel, costing expensive repairs to downstairs dining room). Milestone is not cheap, but is fair, their billing is transparent and honest, we've now had opportunity to find out for sure (in plumbing eventually errors and overcharges are revealed, though it takes time sometimes). The plumbers for Milestone are clearly skilled, but also personable, polite (they always cover shoes before entering my Asian-manners-shoeless abode), and efficient (I assign one of my cats to keep an eye on them, they report no goofing off on the clock). The main reason for the five star rating is Dawn who answers the phone. She can handle phone calls, texts, and e-mails, she's learned a lot about plumbing (so I'm guessing she's been there a while but pays attention to the plumbers), she can show PICs to the plumbers so they know to bring the right equipment or parts. I don't know why hospitals, pharmacies, veterinarians, and technical colleges can't operate like this, but maybe she should train them. Maybe most importantly she efficiently and efficaciously juggles the quicksand like schedules of plumbers who never really know how long any specific job is going to take until they get there. Unlike other places, she can give an accurate window (you'll be the second call on Tuesday, so sometime late morning early afternoon, I'll call to update.... then, she does actually call to update, then again when the plumber is en route with an accurate e.t.a.).

I have used Milwaukee Plumbing for lots of work from sink & toilet installations to leaking pipes. They never disappoint. Always professional prompt service. All of their plumbers are super friendly and very knowledgable. I have a rental unit that they've serviced to my home and my business. Trust me if you want reliable service at a fair price call them! Best decision you'll ever make.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, they never showed for their first appointment, nor the rescheduled and then the next rescheduled! I wanted to ensure I was home when the outside foundation work was to be done. They came on an unscheduled day, preformed the WRONG work, when I was gone! After I realized skid steer tracks in my yard, I first realized they had worked that day and discovered the entirely wrong work done! After demanding the correct work be done or a full refund, Jim quickly stated call a lawyer and hung up on me! Mind you, I'm at a loss of $4,000. The work was paid in advance. A big mistake on my end. Fun Fact: After contacting a lawyer, it is shown that IHN has been in over 50 lawsuits! This makes sense to why he was so quick to tell me to lawyer up! Being sued is clearly normal business for them. Don't risk it!!

They came and installed a new sump pump.Within a few months it malfunctioned and spewed water all over the area. They came again and installed a second pump. Shortly after, we realized the cords for the pump had fallen into the crock (because they hadn't secured them properly) and were blocking the float. After moving the cords the pump once again failed and spewed water all over. When we called for service we were told (in a VERY RUDE MANNER) if we wanted immediate help we needed to call another contractor. We highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would.

Pipe Master came to unplug our slow toilet (31 January 2018). They could not and instead replaced the toilet with a new one. For this and some minor stuff we were charged $870.38. In December 2018, we called Pipe Master back because the toilet was leaking. Although this was less than a year from installation, we were charged $174.24. Now, in April 2019, four months later, the toilet is leaking again. Now Pipe Master has refused to answer my phone calls (three voice mail messages) and an email. We feel we are being cheated. We will contact a trustworthy plumber this time.

I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were willing to come out. The second he walked into my house I regretted my decision. He was very rude and it was clear he had no desire to be there. Very crabby, very rude even through my tears of anxiety and frustration. As a single mom trying to keep a house in order I would never call them again. He made me feel inadequate and I was more overwhelmed once he left. I felt extremely taken advantage of and their customer service was absolutely horrible!

My wife and I built a home. The builder has used Wilkes Plumbing for many of his jobs. I talked with the owners wife who handles sales and pricing. We had things in the home that we wanted to upgrade. My wife and I set an appointment to meet with the owner. At that time we had questions as to what the itemized cost of things were and what the cost of the alternative option would be. Things seemed off because she could never give a straight answer. I had to ask multiple times because I want to be sure of things. She would never tell me the cost of the original options and would never tell me the actual cost of the alternative. She would only give me estimated additional cost over the estimate. (example: The larger tub would be an additional $300 on top of our initial bid). This made it very difficult to weigh our options. Our third option would have been to purchase things our own. We would not know if we had better pricing if we did not know the original price. I also wanted to know that if I wanted to purchase my own tub what would our credit be for them not providing the originally quoted item. She told me she did not know the prices which was understandable. She claimed she would email me the prices of everything the next day. She emailed me a list and once again the list was only composed of price differences and not an actual itemized pricing of their services or products. The price difference was reasonable and despite my frustration I was advised to just continue because going with anyone else at that time would delay our build. I agreed that we would pay the additional for the upgrades. They were scheduled to start working a week or two after. Upon a visit to the home I found all of their supplies in the house so they could start working the following day. Everything we requested looked to be correct. Up until this point they had been fairly professional even with my reservations with the pricing. They had also been on time and friendly. We were happy. The next day I received an email claiming that the total price had increase. It was substantially higher than previously communicated in emails. I immediately called the owners wife and questioned the email. I was not happy. She had told me that the prices was higher because the changes were based off of the building plans and not the estimate. The building plans were designed to have a walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. She said the price was based off the house having a modular shower/tub combo. The shower and tub would be extra. The home design never had a modular unit and always was designed to have a shower and tub. It appeared that she had based the allowance off of the generic price she regularly charges this builder and not specific to the building plans we had. I told her that this was not acceptable because when we had met with her we had a copy of our plans with us and had previously requested she had itemized costs ready when we meet. She did not have that and never took the time to recognize that my home was a different design than she had previously provided service to. As a business professional she should have had a way of handling this. None of this would have happened if she would have originally provided the information I had requested. I told her that the new price was simply not feasible. She said they had already started the install and that it was to late. I told her to stop working on the job because I do not approve the additional costs and I will not be liable for them. I was irate and spoke to her in such manner. I told her no further work is authorized until costs have been reviewed. I went to the house to check on the status of what was already done. The plumbers were still there working. As soon as I walked in an older man confronted me saying are you the owner I told him yes. He started yelling and got in my face saying if you ever talk to my wife like that again you'll regret it. I told him that his wife was trying to pull one over on me. It turned into a big fight. They would not leave and so I did because I was concerned about my safety. I had emailed them and told them to only do what was in the original estimate. I had to buy and install my own tub and build my own shower including laying a cement shower pan. I still was forced to pay them extra because they would not allow any other person to work on the job because they held the permit. If I wanted another person to work on it I would have had to have the city pull their permit and issue one to the new contractor. It would have delayed my build and Wilkes would not have finished the job they were over charging me for. I was stuck. I was lied to, over charged, screamed at, and threatened. In the end I still had to pay extra and did not get anything from them that I had wanted in my home. Worst experience ever and I would never recommend anyone to use them.
