Best Air Duct Repair in Milwaukee WI

We arranged to have them check out a furnace at our property in Milwaukee and explained that no one would be able to meet them because we live out of state. We gave them a different way to get in.

They came, but the message must not have gotten passed through and so the service guys left because no one answered.

When we called to ask what happened they stated we'd still need to pay for the diagnostics visit. Eff no. Inconsiderate - if it were me, I'd try to at least call again to see if there was some miscommunication.

Poor internal communication and a waste of our time. Didn't want to budge on not charging our credit card but I can assure the world that we will not be paying for a visit that we had arranged properly on our end, but they botched.

Entirely not recommended.

Omer was great! I sent a message via their website after hours on a Wednesday. Within 15 minutes I received an email from him following up. We went back and forth a couple times, he provided a base price and we scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He arrived right on time. He was very friendly, took his time and did a great job of looking everything over and explaining what was wrong. He answered all our questions, explained everything really well. We trust him and will be calling him for our future needs. We highly recommend!

Mr Hollands provides excellent customer service. An initial furnace tune-up and inspection done by Chris from Mr. Hollands heating determined that service and parts for needed repairs on our 20 year old furnace would cost about a third of a new furnace. Then Tyler came out and carefully explained the reasons and options (including financing) for replacing our furnace with a new, more efficient unit. After scheduling a install date a few days later, Paul and Spencer installed the new furnace and thermostat. Everyone at Mr. Hollands was very friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Hollands for any heating and cooling work on your home.

Master Services lost my business due to a dishonest employee after a recent repair.  Be careful when you use them.  I am disappointed that they lost a good customer because of one person.  They have some great employees but one person can ruin your reputation.  

Update:  The General Manager followed up with me on this issue and assured me this will not happen again.  He took responsibility for their mistake and they sent someone out to test my AC to ensure no damage occurred.  They will stand by their work and apologized for the issues.  I appreciate the follow up.  Thank you, Serhij.
