I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

Very professional, clean, and quick, no hidden charges, same day service, reasonable rates, honest opinion and offered suggestions on how to save costs. He had all necessary materials with him.  I would highly recommend his service especially in an emergency.

Jon came over this morning to give me an estimate on a new A/c unit, but first checked my old unit to check any issues. In the end he found that my unit works great with zero issues, I just needed to change out my air filter on my furnace. I really appreciate that he didn't try to just sell me something and was honest and thorough. Nice guy too. I will use Jon when ever I have issues. Thanks for being a stand up guy and honest

My review is about their responsiveness to providing a quote.    First,  the overall communication was great.  Despite my tight schedule,  we found a time that worked. I work during the day and I get a lot phone calls and spam calls.  Thus,  often I cannot answer the phone  if I am juggling texts and a video call.   The caller ID does not help with some businesses.  I confirmed an appointment with Mr Rooter for around 1 pm on Friday via email and Yelp text.  Now, I totally get it that with the price of gas,  no one wants to make a trip to a home and no one is there.  But,  I lived out in the wilds of Massachusetts and business would show up for the scheduled time.  Only, in Wisconsin have I experienced two companies who did not come to the house because I did not answer their phone call.  One of which I had already paid for the job! Thus, I appreciated  despite the fact that I could not answer the same day just-to-make-sure-you are-there phone call, Mr Rooter came at the scheduled time,  on a Friday with nice weather. I figured out how the get the work done without a plumber,  but I will call Mr Rooter for my next job.

They charged me $200 and a I never authorized a well test! If they did do a test, I never got results. How do you like that? $200 for a phone call! Skip these people.

Great service! I've done all sorts of thing with them and they've never let me down. Prompt too!

I called Cox Plumbing with a faulty filler valve in our toilet.  Keith was here first thing this morning, replaced the valve, checked the other parts and left in a very short time.  He was friendly, efficient and very professional.
I'll call Cox again.

I will give Richard Hale a minus one star for his ineptness as a plumber. He installed three toilets, for which I paid him, which he got from Crown Plumbing, all three jobs were horrible and each had to be reinstalled at additional cost to me.
Two leaked badly onto the rooms below each, and the third rocked every time someone sat on it. One leaked so badly that around a quarter to a half inch of water surrounded the toilet. I had to pay competent plumbers
to redo the bad work that Hale did. Now I have another problem with his
badly installed toilet, a bolt is loose and the toilet rocks.
Hale also is a very dishonest man. He tried to charge me to install
a dishwasher which I was going to purchase from Home Depot until
a friend told me that installation was free from the store.
Hale's work has been a nightmare for me!
