Had them come out to check an odor coming from the bathroom, they called ahead of time before coming and she gave me an honest opinion about what could be going on, and saving me money rather than charging for a service that may not have been needed, would definitely recommend and if needed would use this company again.

The guys from Just plumbing were excellent. They replied right away on Yelp over the weekend. They came prepared for the job on Monday with the part they needed to replace since I had sent the picture. Great communication courteous, and very neat.

Didn't get to use Mike services. However I spoke to him on the phone and sent him some pictures. He was extremely nice and helpful. Turns out I had another plumber reply a little bit faster. But felt his courtesy was worth a review. Thanks Mike.

I want to share with others how pleased we have been with Lion Plumbing. First, setting up an appointment could not have been easier. Alfred came out to our home to unclog the drains from our house. He made sure to explain everything to my husband and I so that we understood exactly what was going on. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and the quality of the work. I can not recommend Lion Plumbing highly enough.

I have used Lasseter Plumbing for many years. I've also referred them to many others. John Lasseter is honest and will do what he can to save you time and money. He has always worked hard to get any and all of our plumbing issues resolved. He and his team are the best!

Ramon was very professional and courteous, I had to replace my main sewer line and he performed the work fast and right on the allocated time, in a very professional way and at an affordable price. Will not play any games in up selling any non required work. Has a very responsable team that knows what they are doing.

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

On July  7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing,  WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!  Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR       $387.00      TOTAL  - $417.78.  When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote  a price of $258.00.  
They took advance because of  -  two things I am a senior citizen and a woman.

If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

After an unpleasant experience with another company, I called here to help with a problem I was having with a clogged pipe.. I spoke with Ivan who was honest, competent, and had great customer service. Very happy with his service, and will use him again in the future.

DO NOT HIRE!   Claimed he needed to take pictures/video of pipes. Took snake down into pipes!  Told ME to take pics of the screen of his equipment for my pics..  Then insisted on paying him wayy too much before he left. when insurance needed video, he claimed he deleted.   OBVIOUSLY didn't take video or pics.  Horrible!

Update: After my first review giving Empire Plumbing one star, the company sent me a refund check in the amount of $125.00, the entire amount charged for the service call.  They also sent a very apologetic letter (as well as a call and an email), thanking me for my comments.  This was a welcome surprise; I would have been happy with a refund over the $50.00 I expected to pay.  In short, I really appreciate that Empire Plumbing did what they could to make the situation right.  Thank you.
