Metro-Dade Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever hired. They responded to me very quickly and came out very fast to help us with our plumbing needs. We had them install some bathroom fixtures and fix a small leak that we had. Joe and his son were so great to work with.

This is the only plumber you need. Immediate response time. Great guys. Great job. A tankless heater needed to be replaced. The two guys ( sorry, forgot their names) went to a hardware store, managed to buy the last one in stock, and installed in very little time. They cleaned up afterwards. Polite and professional. Amy was in touch every step of the way.

Waste of time. I made an appointment to have my toilet fixed. They never showed up for the appointment, never let me know that they would not be arriving and did not respond to my follow up voice message to ask what happened. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have used Lasseter Plumbing for many years. I've also referred them to many others. John Lasseter is honest and will do what he can to save you time and money. He has always worked hard to get any and all of our plumbing issues resolved. He and his team are the best!

From a customer perspective, I have to say that RCR Plumbing was the best choice I made. I had a leak at my location. They immediately responded and detected the leak, walked me through the process of fixing the problem and fixed the issue. They are professional, work clean and reasonably priced. I will recommend and use them again if needed.

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway  I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple  things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies  phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.

I highly recommend this business. Alexis responded immediately and is extremely knowledgeable. While he was there, I asked him other unrelated plumbing questions and he answered all of them. What I really appreciate was his honesty. I asked him about going tankless in my unit, and unlike others, he didn't try to upsell me and quote $5k (which others have). He's kind, professional, and I felt like he cared about my situation. His pricing was also very fair. He quoted me a price initially and when he was done, he revised his quote based on the work performed and that was extremely appreciated. I cannot say enough about Alexis and I would not hesitate to call him again for any other plumbing needs for future projects. Thanks again for your help!

All the drains on the ground floor of my house were backing up and with small children what a disaster it could have been. Thankfully the guys over at Empire were able to squeeze me into the schedule and ended up finding the problem and making the repair that same day.
