I had a leaking hose bib that shutdown my main water and so placed a call to Memo on Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning. Extremely professional and reliable. A pleasure to work with and very cost effective. This is a top notch company. Couldn't be happier.

When I say I'm impressed I mean it! Never had a had such a pleasant experience with plumbing. I had a blockage that needed to be fixed I was referred to them by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. Lazaro who is the owner was extremely friendly and professional and sent one of his employees out to fix my problem within an hour! Such professional and gracious people. Definitely will recommend!

These guys are horrible.  I called several days in advance to schedule an appointment for when I was in town. They provided a one hour service time window.  Before they showed up someone called me wanting me to pay for the service; they said they had already done the work!  They thought I was the owner and told me that they had already completed the work at the unit.  When I said I was the owner, that I was sitting in the unit, and that they had not come yet they quickly hung up.   At 30 mins past the end of the service time window they provided I called and was told the tech would be at the unit shortly.  An hour later I got the same story.  An hour after that a guy showed up, in street clothes with no tools, looked at the issues, took some pics with his phone, and told me his life history.  He told me he would have to write up an order and left.  Never came back, no call, no nothing.  I called the office who seemed confused; they did not call back either.  These guys set the low bar for bad service imo.

this plumbing company does what it says it will and at a fair price.  have used them several times.  this is first time i thought of telling others.  you know some plumbers are not so upstanding.  this one is.

We used need a plumber for a big remodel of a house in pretty bad shape. They are very good and I would highly reccomend them. Fair price, great work, and very good at meeting timelines. Owner is very involved and ensures everything is done right, and has created a culture that follows that concept.

Mike was fast and efficient. He was extremely honest! We had a leak and he was the only plumber to respond promptly without a two week wait...

Great plumber! Great response time! Called for a underground pipe leak and he was able to take care of it with all the complications no problems.

Herb and Tracy are awesome! They give a detailed estimate and work you into their busy schedule. Also, they responded quickly to other job issues on our property and corrected it in a timely manner.

They did excellent detailed work replacing damaged drywall in a water damaged bedroom. They replaced all the baseboards and painted the whole room. They also installed new insulation in the attic. While in the middle of the job, our AC broke, they troubleshooted it, went to the AC Supply Store, got the needed part, and the next day it was fixed.

They have an excellent service minded attitude and you will not be disappointed using them.

We were blessed to have chosen them.

Well yesterday I had two appointments for plumbers because our kitchen faucet had low water pressure, the dishwasher was not running and the water heater needed to be checked for possible replacement. Well the first company was late so they were leaving when this company showed up. Upon arrival Jason had a nasty attitude, he came in and I told him the first company said the faucet filter was clogged, before I can mention the dishwasher and heater he said, so you called two plumbers? I said, yes. He shook his head and waked away to the garage where my husband showed him the heater. At this point I was highly annoyed so I told my husband not to mention the dishwasher, he can leave. He came back from the garage and walked out without saying anything to me. My husband came in and told me he was mad because he stated he came from Kendal and could have given a quote on the phone. Really???? Why didn't they say that when I called? So he can quote me on a dishwasher that was running but no water coming through it without inspecting it? Second, why on the face of this earth anyone think it's okay to not get quotes before purchasing? I'll use the first company, Jason and this company can kick rocks.  Downright rude and disrespectful.

Jorge was very responsive to the messages sent via Yelp...unfortunately there was zero follow through from his side.  

I reached out for a quote via Yelp and Jorge responded right away...we scheduled a time for them to come out to my house on a Saturday.  They showed up almost 2 hours late.  Once they started working they realized that they did not have the right parts.  His employee told me he was going to go to Home Depot to get the part...2 hours later I contacted Jorge to see if they were coming back and advised that they couldn't find the part and would need to order it that coming Monday.  

Almost 2 weeks later not having received any communications from Jorge i followed up with him and he told me he was still waiting for the part.

He never reached out to me to keep informed or follow up...if i hadn't written to him i would never have heard form him again.  

I have an American Standard toilet...nothing fancy - there's no reason why a part should take over 2 weeks to arrive.

I contacted another plumber who was able to get the parts and fix our toilets within the span of 2 days.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Jorge was quick to reply whenever i reached out to him via Yelp.

They are excellent.  Great customer focus and make sure problem is taken care of.  Brian was great!
I highly recommend.
