Best Heater Repair in Miami FL

I used this company to clean my septic tank and also to install  a manhole . They came  on time, and did an excellent job! They were very professional and super nice. The price is very  fair and their equipment and team is great. What i like the best is that i found them to be Very honest and that is something   which  is very important for me. Thank you so much for everything! I would definitely use them again as needed.

Jehveh plumbing saves the day!!! My tenant let me know on a Sunday night that the toilet was leaking. I texted Jehveh plumbing asking if they could come the next morning, and before I had even woken up they were on their way. This company has been so reliable for me, I have used them several times. They are on top of things when you need them, they are extremely professional, they don't ever leave you hanging. 100% recommend them!

Waste of time. I made an appointment to have my toilet fixed. They never showed up for the appointment, never let me know that they would not be arriving and did not respond to my follow up voice message to ask what happened. If I could give zero stars I would.

When I say I'm impressed I mean it! Never had a had such a pleasant experience with plumbing. I had a blockage that needed to be fixed I was referred to them by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. It says A LOT when a plumbing company refers you to another company (versus just saying no). I am so thankful that I was referred to New England plumbing. John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. New England was easy to work with via text, they were quick to give estimates and were honest, reliable and punctual (three things I've found to be very uncommon in Miami). They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it's been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There's been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty. New England Plumbing saved us a lot of money by encouraging us to fix our water heater instead of buying a new one (which we thought we had to do). I'd imagine it's more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that's already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward for all my plumbing needs!

Terrible company. As others have said, they do nothing but try to sell you very expensive a/c systems and repairs, but, at least in my case, do NOT stand behind their service agreements. It's like they're hoping it'll break because it's just so much more lucrative for them when it breaks. Plus is they can paid for service that never occurs AND paid for repairs... For example, I was supposed to have 2 services a year on 3 properties I had with them, but turns out they never serviced my systems reguarly. They blame me, claiming they tried reaching me, but the difference beween their trying to reach me for payment on a bill and trying to reach me for prepaid service is night and day. Their excuse is always that they don't have my correct email, but I have no control over what they input into their system nor the fact that even after correcting them time and time again, they continue to get it wrong. Stay away!

I have been doing business with Empire Plumbing over many years.  Their work is first class, and long lasting.  It is wonderful to have such a good plumbing company near home.
