Our toilets couldn't flush and our bath tub bubbled up with backed up water. We were obviously a little worried so it was time to call a professional. Stephen was responsive and came within an hour (on a Saturday!) and cleared our main line. He was great and I'd fully recommend him.

After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. They were quick to respond to inquiries over Yelp. Very easy to set up for a quote and the pricing was better than the competition. Install went smoothly. You could tell an instant difference in our water quality throughout the house and for the first time ever, I can drink water out of the sink here in Arizona. We just moved to Surprise Az this past January and had an issue with our reverse osmosis filter beneath our kitchen sink. Near Me Plumbing was the first to respond to our Yelp quote request at record speed.  It was late at night when iI requested the service, and they responded within minutes. We called Dan at Anchor Plumbing for a leaking PTrap under our kitchen sink. He answered our call immediately and came right when he told us and fixed the problem quickly.  He was knowledgeable and efficient and his rate was very reasonable.  Dan was personable and did a great job and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing Plumbing Assistance!

Where do I begin? I can't possibly thank Marat and Cody at AZ Preferred Plumbing enough for saving us from a horrible experience with our home warranty company! We had our hot water heater quit and begin to catch itself on fire and needed a replacement ASAP. Our warranty company referred us to another plumbing company (see my other review) and they attempted to demand payment for items we didn't have and wouldn't return our requests to correct. Our warranty company was also a sad excuse for assistance and after a week of no water we were at the end of our rope. I finally called AZ Preferred Plumbing because of their great reviews and Marat and Cody listened to our situation and then went above and beyond to get out and take care of things right away! They answered their phones, stayed after hours to do the work, made us a priority in their schedule, and allowed us to get back on track. They were the perfect example of what a small business should be - exceptional at caring for their customers! My home warranty sent out 2 different companies. Both said that I had a problem with my sewer and wanted to fix it for me. One said that there were roots in my line and they would replace a small section. They never provided an official quote, but they were talking about somewhere between $3000 and $5000. The other told me that my whole line needed replaced, as there is a crack running all the way through. They quoted me $10,000. I found CTR on Yelp. I sent a request for a quote to 4 different places. Erik provided me his phone number right away and talked to me about what was going on. He viewed the video I had of the line and told me that there is nothing wrong with my line, but he would need to do a higher quality video to give a final quote. He originally thought that he could do a spot lining inside of the sewer to keep out roots.

When he came out, he discovered that the roots are not in my line at all. They are in the city's line! He did discover that my line had become disconnected from the city line. He called the city and worked with them to get things taken care of. The city came out today and confirmed that the issue is on their property. They will reconnect my line to theirs and get the roots out of their line at no cost to me!! I am incredibly grateful to Erik for taking the time to explain what he was seeing in my line and my options the whole way through. My uncles are plumbers in Illinois, and they double checked and agreed with what he was telling me. He is very trustworthy and helpful.  I highly recommend him. He does have a travel fee if he leaves the East Valley. I found it worth the fee to have him come out for something so complicated and potentially expensive.

I am once again so pleased with Top Notch Plumbing. I needed to have my water heater drained and the hoses to my washing machine replaced with steel flex. Gavin came over and did such a fantastic, amazingly fast, and professional job of completing both tasks. This is such a high-quality business. Mark is always so responsive to my needs, and I cannot thank him enough. I will be using Top Notch forever for all my plumbing needs. It is just so comforting to know you can turn to knowledgeable, skilled professionals to get the job done right the first time.

This is my second time going to Jeremy for service, both times being for my kitchen sink. He is professional, treats your situation with urgency, he is clean and handles your items with care, and is very reasonably priced. So... I tried to use Lawson again.  That didn't go well.  I wrote a negative review and the owner reached out to me.  That's where things went right again!

The owner is professional and, despite catching me on a bad day (house is closing tomorrow), he was kind and apologized for a miscommunication between his staff and I.

I don't need to go into detail... but I will definitely recommend them again (as I always have).

I messaged Dignity Plumbing inquiring about getting the water sources in my house checked for leaks. Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! I will be going with Dignity Plumbing for any future issues!

I had a great experience with King Plumbing for a backup issue at my rental property. They responded promptly, clearly communicated the issue, resolved the issue in a timely manner, and were reasonably priced. They documented everything well and were friendly to work with.

Absolutely amazing customer service, the Family in Howard Family Plumbing definitely means something!! No pushy sales, the explaining in detail over what they're servicing is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, they were exactly on time and cheaper than the last guys who made me feel uncomfortable! Never switching from this company ever again!

We are new to the area and are working on establishing our list of go-to help. We had just bought a house and knew we were likely going to have to have some work done in the next year or so. A friend gave me Brian's info and told me they do exceptionally high quality work at a fair price. Well, unfortunately, we couldn't stretch out the life of one of the hot water heaters for more than 4 months. I went into our kitchen one night to find a puddle on the floor and a flood under the sink where the small water heater under the sink had failed. I called Brian in a bit of a panic at 8:30pm at night and, despite the fact he had no idea who I was, he took his time talking me through turning off the supply, draining the water heater, and unplugging it, and made time to come out and look at it the very next day. I had to work, so he even agreed to come after hours so I wouldn't have to take off of work.

He arrived on time the next evening, and couldn't have been more helpful! I knew the hot water supply line was shot, thus the under sink heater, and thought I would either have to pay through the nose for a new small heater, or break up the slab and tile to run a new line, but he suggested running a new line through the ceiling. He warned he may have to cut a few holes in the drywall that would need patching. Though I was dreading having to mud the patches and try to get the patch to match the textured walls, it was the better solution and less expensive option. So we went that direction. I knew the main hot water heater was at the end of its life, so I asked him to give me a quote on replacing that as well, lest we be back in the same spot in another couple months. And we had the most ridiculous hard water, and knew I wanted to install a softener at some point, so I asked him to give me a quote on that as well. He gave me an estimate and it was fair and accurate. He needed one day to order and receive the hot water heater, but scheduled the install for it, the new supply line and the water softener just a day and a half later.

He and his partner, Ryan, showed up on time in the morning. It took them the day to get everything installed and operational, but they ended up only having to cut one access point in the garage, leaving me only one place to patch, bless their hearts!!! Saved me a ton of work and hassle. As a result of their hard work, we have fantastic hot water at our sink, our dishwasher actually *gasps* cleans our dishes now (You've saved me at least an hour hand washing dishes every day, Brian! You've given me my life back!!!), I won't have to worry about calling him out in the next couple months for the main heater, and our clothes are coming out of the dryer pliable and soft, we aren't getting hard water spots on everything, and our skin hasn't looked this good since we moved to AZ!!!! We couldn't be happier with their work! Our quality of life has exponentially improved, all because of plumbing :) And what he quoted is what I paid, no add on expenses or surprises at the end.

I couldn't recommend Second Opinion Plumbing more highly. I agree with another reviewer, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be calling them shortly to install an RO system for the kitchen sink and ice maker line, so we can stop buying and lugging bottled water :)
