Mike came out to fix my leaky gasket above my garbage disposal. He is always fast to respond and provides recommendations and options when here. I can tell he knows what he is doing because of the quality of work he does and because of how quickly and easily he works. He always has the things he needs on his truck and is fair with pricing. He is my go-to plumber.  You should make him yours too. :)

Recently had them come out to do a pre summer check on my A/C. Were very polite over the phone and in person. Will use next time :-)

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

Awesome customer service, was able to give me an accurate quote after I sent a picture of what I needed done. Came same day and did excellent clean work on changing my ice maker valve. Highly recommended

Their fees are astronomical.  Insanely high!!!  Even with the Yelp discount they extended I believe it was way too high.

The billing department added some ambiguity to the bill by not being on top of it immediately.  Over 1.5 months later I received a call asking if they can charge my credit card for additional services (they feel was left off the first time).  

I hate confrontation... I disagree with them completely... I agreed they could charge my card.

I recently hired Gino to replace my garbage disposal, and I am thrilled with the results. From the beginning, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation quickly. He also gave me some great advice about maintenance to make the new disposal last as long as possible. I highly recommend him for his exceptional service.

After my boyfriend was electrocuted due to an electrical issue in our oven outlet, One Shot Installation was able to come by within the hour at about 7:30pm and fix the issue efficiently and quickly. We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

This was our first time using Complete Water Systems. Had to let our other service go. They became too greedy! Awesome family business that excelled in great customer service and reasonable prices. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

We called Dan at Anchor Plumbing for a leaking PTrap under our kitchen sink. He answered our call immediately and came right when he told us and fixed the problem quickly.  He was knowledgeable and efficient and his rate was very reasonable.  Dan was personable and did a great job and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing Plumbing Assistance!

When my 50-gal. Rheem electric water heater sprung a bad leak, I called more than half a dozen plumbers and I was astonished at their high quotes for delivery and installation of a new water heater.  The next day I called Tavares Plumbing at 8:00 AM, and Andy Tavares arrived at my house 2 hours later.  For a very fair flat rate price, he installed a new Rheem water heater and hauled my old one away.  Home Depot's installer wanted $500 more than Tavares Plumbing charged.  I highly recommend Tavares Plumbing!

Obtained a quote and accepted it. Setup up appointment but he didn't show up. He tried to move appointment again and when I said that wouldn't work, he turned aggressive and said find someone else.  He then sent threatening messages.  Be aware, and very careful with this company.  UPDATE: after he read this review, he called me, swearing and threatening, then continued sending me long ranting texts swearing and calling me names.  I told him if he didn't stop, I'd have to call the police.  BE CAREFUL!!!

Just had Dustin, Thomas, and George out to finish the job I was given a quote for last week.

These guys have set the new standard for what you should expect from a plumber, Guys. Not only was was their workmanship superb, they took special care not to muss up my clean house. I appreciate THAT above all. LOL

So, yes, my initial impression of Dustin was spot-on. Likewise, Thomas and George were respectful and their customer service training top-notch. (Either that or their parent's did an exceptional job raising these two.) Great employees and they represent the company well.

I tried installing my own water heater. Yet another reminder that some things are best left to professionals. The last few plumbers I have used were not great. A quick internet search led me to Erik, and he was able to come out and rescue me from my my near disastrous water heater self-install. Extremely knowledgeable, and the price was very fair.  He did some work for me years ago when he worked for another company, also with great results. If your looking for a plumber in the East Valley, Erik is your guy.

I just had to use Lawson plumbing and was very pleased.  I called at about 2p and they had someone at my house by 3p and gave me a very fair estimate.  Austin did a wonderful job and was very nice.  I would recommend Lawson plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber good prices and nice people.

100% Plumbing had a plumber available when I called to arrange an appointment, so Tim came over right away!  I had water on the garage floor near my water heater.  Tim inspected all around and found that the leak was a drainage tube from my water softener that ran near the water heater!  All I needed was a new drainage tube, not a new water heater or repairs for a slab leak that less honest plumbing outfits might have decided to fix and charge me. My experience was excellent and I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work.
