Best Electric Furnace Repair in Mesa AZ
I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our air conditioner went out in 114° and our warranty company would not be able to get anyone out for over a week. Hayes had installed the original system in our home before we bought it so we gave them a call. Not only did Charlie come out the same day but went above and beyond. We were not able to fix the unit the same day but he made sure we had some cool air and worked diligently to find the parts we needed. He was communicating with me in the evenings and on the weekend truly going above and beyond. They fixed our system and it was worth every penny! I would HIGHLY recommend Hays and can't thank Charlie enough!

I called over a week ago for a 2nd opinion. I had another well know company out and they could not fix issue. They were out 2 different occupations. There prices were tripple of this company. So Ben came out and I explained everything that went on and the issue that I was suppose to still have. Other plumbing company had 2 of there guys working around my sink where I could not see issue and took word there was still a clog in my kitchen drain. Ben said he needed to see issue for himself. Turns out drain was not clogged even though other company told me it was. So long story short Ben said he could not charge me since he did not do anything. Gave me all the numbers to call if future problems. I will most definitely call this company for any future plumbing issues. Hats off to Ben and his supervisor Ramon who I talked to for advice with my plumbing issues. Thank you

I recently bought a townhouse and needed some minor to medium water and AC work done. The problem was I work a lot and needed someone to do a lot of work without me being there.
The Cooling and Plumbing company worked with me the whole way. The gave me a fair quote for the work, never pushed any service or product on me. They suggested some work but were nice about me thinking it over.
We also had to coordinate with my HOA to shut the water off. We had a small window of time from 7 to 8 am to get the work done. They came they saw they conquered. Work was done, and looked beautiful.
They did a lot of maintenance on my AC(which now is very cold), and rebuilt my main water line with the emergency shut off.
They treated me very well and all I can say is I will be going to them in the future!

These guys are great. We purchased this 2 story home in the summer of 19, A/C blows really cold, we just had 1 room upstairs that seemed to not get any air flow. After living here a year, I noticed several deferred maintenance items not handled by the previous owner, so I decided to have the a/c serviced, tuned up, checked out before the summer, and also wanted to see if they could do anything about the 1 room not getting adequate air flow. Ian was the tech that came out, was polite, professional, friendly. He spent some time investigating the air flow issue, and gave his recommendation. Upon looking and checking on the 2 units, he recommended we replace the capacitor on 1 of them as he said it was starting to fail. we agreed. About an 3 hours after Ian left, I went upstairs and noticed the unit was blowing warm air so I called a/c doctors, they got a tech out right away, Eric, who was awesome. It turns out Ian just wired the capacitor backwards, which was an easy 2 minute fix, and we had ice cold air. I had him review the previous tech's idea of fixing the air flow and he agreed with the prognosis.
Later, we got the bid to re work some of the duct work, which seemed reasonable if it worked/helped the issue. Eric showed up right on time and worked diligently to fix the duct work, essentially there was too many splits going on so that 1 room was getting the least amount of air flow. they recommended running a direct line to that room. I'm happy to say the upstairs room that was our house 'hot spot' is now cool and comfortable, just like all the other rooms.
Overall extremely happy with these guys, they were polite, prompt, gave an honest and fair estimate.
so for the 4.5 stars, that was just due to Ian wiring the unit backwards and my unit pumping the hot attic air for 3 hours, bringing the upstairs temperature to 86 degrees on a 100 degree day. Mistakes happen, no harm no foul, and the office was so prompt and awesome about getting a tech out right away. Highly recommend these guys for your a/c needs!

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.

My elderly mother's AC went out after the weekend storms. She set up an appt with Orangutan Home Service. They quoted her $3,900 for a new compressor and labor. They insisted on payment upfront. After she wrote them a check they left to purchase the part. Luckily she called and told me what they were charging. I immediately contacted Darrell Epps, co-owner of 911. I explained the situation and he quoted me $1,900 to repair the unit. Luckily I was able to stop the work order with Orangutan. Thanks to 911 my mother is enjoying a well refrigerated home and a savings of $2,000! They have done work for me as well. They are professional, always arrive in a timely manner, and are fair/honest in their pricing!!

We had 2 new Trane units installed on August 1st. We were so thankful to find Arizona's Dukes of Air. Robert, in sales was knowledgeable and worked through all of our questions and concerns. On the day of install, the crew (Manny, Luis, Freddy, Beto and Danny) were fast, incredibly efficient and professional. We could not believe how quickly the units were removed and installed. The follow up by Christy in the office was proof that this company really wants to do right by their customers. They offered competitive rates and even had a drywall repair person out within a few days to fix a very minor issue with our attic entrance at no extra charge. We will be referring all of our family and friends to Arizona's Dukes of Air.

Joe and team were extremely professional and were extrwmwly engaged throughout thebprocess. They came the same day after another local company through newacunit.com fell through and Joe was willing to work out a solution. He came in 10% cheaper than the other company and included 2 nest installations free too! The guys who came in for installation were also extremely hardworking and had a 12 hour day and were working in turns the entire day. Overall very good experience and would recommend and use them again for sure!

My AC went out a couple days ago, we called around to some places we had used before and everyone seemed to have no availability, so next, we called Goettl and they were able to get us in within the next two days, which we were relieved to hear. They came and told us that our unit was old and was going to have to be replaced soon, but that the motor on the compressor was out and could be replaced today and get us through the next month or two of hot weather. So the motor was replaced and the house finally started to cool down (around 1 pm) and we made arrangements to have another company, that we've used for years and trust, to come price out a new AC unit. The next morning I wake up around 8 and the temperature in the house is above the set point and the AC is once again broken. So we reach out to Goettl again saying that the motor installed less then 20 hours ago, is not working, so they send a technician out who tells us that the AC unit itself needs to be replaced because the compressor is completely broken. I was obviously irritated considering we had spent almost a thousand dollars the day before on a motor, which was brand new and still functioning, but obviously wasn't the answer to our AC issues. The technician told us that their cheapest units started around 10-12,000 and the most expensive and energy efficient ones would cost around 20-22,000, with the technician telling us that the cost of the motor would be taken off the total cost of the unit since it was just installed the day previous. We told them we would call them back with what we decided to do. Thankfully the other company came through and priced a full new energy-efficient unit with all the service, new equipment, crane use, and drainage layout for a price of $10,265, which was Goettl's pricing for their cheapest units. And best of all, the other company scheduled us the next day for unit installation so that we wouldn't have to wait around in our house where the temperature stayed around 90-95*. We called Geottl back saying that we wanted them to come take their motor back, which was fresh out of box less then 48 hours ago, and we wanted a partial refund because the motor was not the solution that was promised to us, however, we still wanted to pay for the technician's time spent at our house. Long story short, that phone call ended in we can't take that part back, it's been used, and that technician wasn't authorized to tell you that you'd get money off the unit because of the motor... Basically contradicting everything else that other employees at Goettl had said. There just seemed to be a company-wide lack of uniformity and understanding. Multiple staff members told us at Goettl we do things the right way, not the easy way, and with our experience this last week, I'm concerned what would be considered the easy way if what they did was the right way. Before this week I had only heard positive things about Goettl but unfortunately I will not be returning for any sort of future service.
