Hays did a great job taking care of our A/C and heating problems.  Thank you to Frank and Thad for being professional and courteous.  The reason I'm not going with 5 stars is that I did have a little difficulty reaching someone after the initial fix had a problem that night night.    However, I did hear from the technician the next morning and he came back to work on the issue.

I called reddi services and told them I had a plumbing issue. Drain was clogged in laundry area and I had standing water. I needed this taken care of quickly as I was concerned with mold growing. They sent out a technician who was nice but didn't have the tools needed for the job. He told me to remove the water and dryer and call Reddi back and have them send out another technician with a drain machine. I called them back and let them know what I needed and never heard back from them. If you want your plumbing issue resolved I would recommend using another company.

My experience with this company was a home run from the start. I needed a gas line installed in my kitchen. I have been calling plumbers for a week and each one either sounded annoyed or bothered that I contacted them. When I called The Cooling & Plumbing Co. the owner answers the phone and he sounds excited that you called. He quickly answered all my questions and booked an appointment with me that week. On the day of the project, they not only showed up on time, they were early. The work was done quickly and the two guys who did the installation were friendly, made no mess and completed the job quickly. Fair prices and stellar work. They will be the only company I call in the future.

Unfortunately, my AC unit stopped working recently. I looked around for a local fix. John (the owner) came out within an hour and had the ac working in no time. He took the time to educate me on how the whole outdoor condenser unit worked. I really appreciate the effort John! I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!

These guys are awesome! Our AC went out late at night and Liz went above and beyond to get someone out that same night to help. Doug was amazing and worked until late trying to get us up and running. We ended up needing a new compressor, the tech Junior and his partner that came out the following Monday were very professional and great to work with.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.

We had a minor plumbing problem however we didn't know that when I called Howard. Called him due to his Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. He came within the same week I called him fixed the issue less than an hour. Very professional and if you want an honest estimate and someone you can trust...save time call Howard.

Needed a smart shower repaired.  Techcool came out that same day and worked until they got the job done.  They were very nice and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work.

Justin was one of the best techs we have ever had and thoroughly worked on all the functions of our HVAC equipment.  He was very personable and knew what he was doing.  Better than that, he only charged us for one part that was needed.......no gouging or inventing other problems which is very rare.  He also cleaned up the debris in the attic that other techs in the past had left.  Very impressed!

Sam was great. He stopped by to look over some minor repairs the day before he came to fix them. He wanted to know exactly what was going on. No extra trip charge! All work was done neatly, quickly, and at a very fair price.

Joe came out and diagnosed our AC unit in no time and saved us this summer. He was prompt, answered all of our questions, and was a delight to work with. Will definitely use Farnsworth again!

The A C guy and the plumbing guy were both dishonest with me. There is nothing in my experience that would trick me into letting a Goettl guy back into my home. Ouch!
