Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

24 hrs ago my valve box for my washing machine started to leak and I could not shut it off. So, I got valve caps and sealed the leak in the valve however the problem is still existed. So got onto Yelp and searched out the 25+ 4.5-5.0 star performers and found REDDI SERVICES..
Sent off my Yelp Web Site Quote and got responded too quickly in less than 12 hours. Pepe was on my doorstep at 1pm today and by 1:45pm the problem was fixed. Pepe was prompt, responsive, professional, No-Nonsense git-er-done professional. Additionally, he was very congenial, professional and conversant about his services and my situation which was very helpful. Pricing was UBER Competitive and FAST.  PePe is an outstanding representative and I will use and RECOMMEND Reddi Services in the Future....AND SO SHOULD YOU! Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.

Highly recommend this company. We had a leak in the base of our toilet that got progressively worse over some time. The toilet itself was also loose. I called another company first, but they talked about it possibly costing thousands, and my fiancé and I didn't think that sounded right. Hansen Family Plumbing came out the same day we called and fixed the issue for far, far less, a fraction of the price! We are very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

Our experience with Diamondback Air was great!!  The owner of the company, John, and his technician, Julian, came out to our house the same day we called them.  Their prices are very reasonable, and they are professional and helpful.  Diamondback Air got our A/C back up and running much more quickly and at a significantly better price than other estimates we received.  We are very impressed with their company and will definitely be repeat customers in the future.  Thank you, Diamondback Air!!

In hindsight, had we simply visited yelp and read all of the negative reviews, we would never have worked with Plumbsmart.  We had never dreamed that an AZ Licensed Contractor would require that we sign a damage waiver previous to work being performed, leaving us liable for the shoddy workmanship and damage which followed.

Plumbsmart advertise's that they are a discount Plumber, but nothing is further from the truth. They charges us $400/hour to perform a simple task.

Now they are spamming us with unwanted emails and texts.

It is not in my DNA to write plumbing reviews via Yelp on house calls when called upon to do so.  However, when I do write a review, the review's gotta be something that is unique with a  point of difference and needs to be immediately shared with others.
911 Plumbing was contacted on a Sunday AM where I laid out my issues of a leaking water copper pipe that consisted of a steady stream of water that needed immediate attention. By 9:28 PM that same day, I get an email that 911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing would be out to fix the problem the first thing come monday AM. Talked to Scott whose is part of upper management team of  911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, and I was pleasantly surprised to notice the degree of personal and professional touch he contained himself like a 5 star company that they are! Scott listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at 911 Heating, Cooling & Pluming. Give him a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay it out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate plumbing crises a stress free experience. Scott hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs.  In this case, I had the pleasure to meet with Howard who showed up to work out the water leakage problem with the customer and getting it fixed. Howard is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills of plumbing for over thirty years!  And BTW, for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical skills so that the customer does not have to request another call again for something that should have been done right the first time. To watch Howard work in the field is a sheer joy to experience. I was present side by side next to him watching 100% of the time as Howard went about doing what he does best: 100% professional, as well as his contribution towards productivity vs man hours. Howard is fast and accurate, get's it right the first time. Howard is not wet behind the ears, either, not by a long shot. I learned a lot just talking to him and watching him work his skill towards customer satisfaction all the way. I'm now a happy camper.

So cudos to all at 911Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for helping me with this stressful day of plumbing issues and for being in such great spirits and high level of enthusiasm and confidence exhibited by all.

These guys are wonderful. We sent few AC guys to fix the problem on our AC unit. We know its an old system but all of them who went there wanted to install a new unit. We called Duke's of Air on Saturday morning. They sent one of their staff, Todd to the place at 4:00pm the same day. Todd assessed the problem, quoted the cost of repair, fixed the issue within 30 mins and got paid. Excellent customer service and I recommend these guys as the BEST.

After talking about my situation with the owner and receiving an explanation of the situation and the work done, it's apparent that the issues I've encountered were not solely due to the work of Farnsworth Heating and Cooling but also due to the lack of communication and follow up from newACunit as well.  The owner was very personable and easy to talk with and understood my confusion and was willing to work with me to determine where there was miscommunication and to help resolve the issues.  He was also able to explain to me how the installation was managed and why and was able to fix the minor issues I pointed out.

While there are still some details that need to be followed up on, I respect the owner and have a more favorable view of this company as a result of our conversation.  It's not every day that the owner of a company will take the time to explain things and talk to you so that as a customer, you can understand why and how things get done.  I was satisfied as a customer and look forward to continuing to work with this company when the need arises.

Do not use this company. They do not stand by the products they install. I had a new tankless water heater installed by them in my home less than one year ago. The first time they came out to do a plumbing inspection they find that the heat exchanger is leaking. Basically the only component that has water in it. They said the part is under warranty but the labor for the faulty part they sold me and installed is not and it has a flat labor cost of $1500 to replace. They would not tell me what labor rate or how many hours is required to swap out the part on my new water heater. Way to stand by your products and customer who has spent thousands with you.
