Matter how long it's been since we used them. With the ice storm we lost power and I was trying to hook a generator up to my furnace. Shawn went out of his way to help me and answer questions and even called me back later to check on us. Always willing to go the extra mile and take care of his customers. Otis is friendly, fairly priced, and gets the job done right. He clearly enjoys his job, and does the job with a smile. I originally called to have my main cleared (running water in one bathroom resulted in shower overflow in the other), as I have had this issue several times before (typically every 6-12 months). Every other plumber I have called spends hours doing this, and the whole thing is an ordeal (taking time off work or paying for after hours, etc). Otis worked with me on timing and met me after work without charging extra.

He looked at my issue, and explained that a mains clear out might work, but isnt the real problem, but I probably have a clog on a branch off the main. He ran a snake from inside the house, cleared 3 to 4 clogs in the line, and was done in under an hour. My drains are running clear now, and at half the cost and much less time than other plumbers I have called.

He will be my first call from now on.

Came out 9pm on a Friday night.  Fixed drain on a rental unit they ended up being about 30 percent less the other guys minimum .  Tenants where happy and I was happy.  Will be using them again.  Also the plumber that came out had a good attitude.

I absolutely wish I could provide this company with 0 stars. They have left my family in a position with non-functional heat for months. It's unfortunate that people do not care about their customers. I expected more.

These guys are the best! I called about the main sewer line being backed up and within the hour that I had called they had a technician out! He fixed my problem within 20 minutes!! Thank you Roto-Rooter for being awesome! I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!!

We are renovating our home. New fixtures, new pipes, new valves. Everything leaks! I'm not a plumber but I can do better!

My Home warranty sent Best Care to repair my central air. I so horrible disappointed in Best Care's service; they replaced my unit before getting it to work; I was informed by the repair guy that my furnace has a Bad Board . They left without repairing/replacing the board. I have left several messages and Best Care will not return my phone calls. Update; I received an e-mail from Julie and they are aware of the issues and Julie is attempting to assist me in with our not working HVAC.

If only i could give 0 . The worst plumbing service ever! Had to call them to fix our plumbing problem. The first day a man came, he couldn't find the clean out. He even asked me if i know where it was. How could a woman, first time owner of a house will know where it is? I was even not here when this house was built 30yrs ago! And how could he not find it when it's his job to do it? He only spent like 5-10mins and decided to ask right away for the service fee! He gave a receipt stating that he couldn't or we don't have a clean out, so he need to go to the vent the next time he will come to our house. Or better yet, if my husband find the clean out, he'll be back. Fast forward to that next day, he came back. The schedule was 2-4pm, he came at around 4:06pm! Very unprofessional! He tried the vent, didn't work! Had my bathroom flooded again of what he did. I kept telling him that if he do something, it will be flooded on the bathroom, still he did it. Bathroom (2) and bath tub (2) got so messy. In short, no work has been done! That was Friday so we need to wait again for the weekend to be over with no bathroom to use. My husband decided to get a very decent plumbing service because when he called them back first thing on Monday, their customer service sucks! Kept telling my husband that they will return his call blah blah blah.. well guess what? No return calls until almost night time. Anyway, our plumbing problem has been resolved by another company that my husband called just today, Tuesday, same day they came. Thanks to you guys! Your company is never number one after all!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
