In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. Bill was prompt in replying to my request.  He stayed in constant contact with me and offered suggestions to my problem.  His price was fair and his service was excellent.

The staff that comes out, are very professional. Its the fees that I have a problem with. Why the hell is there a trip fee? I have never heard of that. That fee applies even if the work gets done. I will never use Choats for repairs ever again.

I sent Mr. Smith a message late one night and he was able to schedule an appointment the next day.
His worker, James, came out, inspected the pipes under my house, located the problem and was also able to show me weak spots that would need repair in the future.
James worked quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased.
I will most definitely be using Smith's Plumbing Services again.

the guys that came out were very nice and fixed our problems with the drain, toilet and a few other problems. they cleaned up everything they pulled out. very very satisfied with their work.

I wanted a quote for 2 lbs of Freon.
  I asked for any hidden fees beyond the 2 pounds.  I expected about a $100 a pound for Freon, but not a $199 labor fee on top of that, to put it in.
 She told me if I was not happy with the price that I would lose the $69, and that's what I did.
  If she quoted labor, I wouldn't be posting here. That's fraud for not disclosing a $199 hidden labor fee on her quote . Fraud!

Great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, professional.  They had a technician to us quickly.  ANDRE WAS GREAT!! Very personable, repairs made quickly and efficiently.  Will definitely call again!

Watch your wallet. This bunch hit us for over $400, and actually only replaced washers on a dripping shower faucet. They actually did more harm than good on cleaning out a waste drain.
Don't waste your time but most importantly don't waste your money.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
