Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Memphis TN

These guys are great....prompt response and came quickly to solve our problem which was a deeply clogged pipe that caused our kitchen sink to back up.  We had called a couple of plumbers before who could not come out for a week but we needed to use our kitchen sink!  The problem wasn't easily solved but they were tenacious and kept trying until it was.  They will definitely be our go-to in the future.

Bill was prompt in replying to my request.  He stayed in constant contact with me and offered suggestions to my problem.  His price was fair and his service was excellent.

Kylan the technician was great personable and knowledgeable and fixed my furnace motor blower. I was kept informed on his arrival via text. Awesome service!!!!

Bottom line up front: DO NOT USE CHOATE'S for anything! Not even to change your air filters!

Because of Choate's service/maintenance call on my HVAC system, I now have mold and mildew in my home. My initial appointment was for semi-annual maintenance, but has turned into a hellish nightmare!

One of the four technicians that came to my home (within one month) did not secure the condensation drain pipe and water leaked in the hallway and my dogs' bedroom for almost one month. Due to your company's negligence, I now have a bigger problem than before and based on previous experiences with your company, I would not be surprised if this is some sort sabotage. Surprisingly I'd just had a maintenance service call completed on 7 December 2020 which yielded a clean bill of health and for some strange reason, my entire system became inoperable on Christmas Eve. The timing of the system's failure was suspicious and if I knew I would not be met with a lie or lack of accountability, I would go direct with the company; that's to be expected when there are multiple individuals accessing the system and only one actually completed the job. My hope is that through pictures, emails and time stamps I will be able to narrow down which technician, through negligence, caused this catastrophic damage to my home! I know there won't be any proper follow-up from Choate's so I won't waste my time. And don't waste your time/money either. I don't trust Choate's as a company, its service or its employees and 6 January 2021 was the LAST time anyone from the company will set foot in my home.

*Update: As of 27/28 January, my heat is not working. Due to the pleasant weather and how low I keep the thermostat I hadn't noticed a Sensor Error. But the problem became obvious when the home repair company asked me to turn the heat/thermostat higher to help dry the walls and floor. So, I'll have to find another HVAC company to repair my system because I will never use Choate's again.

Used Smith's today for a hot water heater replacement and they did an outstanding job.  The owner was easy to work with and the guys that came out did a great job by explaining step by step what they were going to do as they did it then went over it when they finished.  Top notch professional group.

Used our home warranty to call in a request to have someone come and look at our sink that was backing up with water without a reason. We were assigned Rescue Your Air & Drain. I am SO IMPRESSED with the professionalism and knowledge of the two men they sent out there. One was named Fred. He was super knowledgeable, knew exactly what the issue was and explained what was going on. He also looked at another issue were we having. Took the time to explain that issue, what he did to fix it and possibly what would need to happen in the future if it kept happening - the part was just old, but was working now and he said it could keep working for years. He fixed both issues and was gone in less than 30 mins. I am always worried when repair men come, but they both were just so nice, respectful, knowledgeable I was so impressed and would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber. If we have any future plumbing needs I will request this company and this plumber. Thank you for a valuable experience!!

A/C went out and I diagnosed it was the capacitor, a part you can get from Walmart.com for $17.  

Called Steve Ray at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was thankful he said he could come out and replace it.

20 mins later he was here and working on it. Then he said it would be $275 to fix it!

I already had the cover off the a/c unit, turned off the power to the unit, and removed the old capacitor.  All he did was hook up the 4 wires and put the cover back on!

He was literally working on it for 5 minutes!

$275 for what?!?  I would have been more than happy to pay for his services, but this was ridiculous!

I'm sure this guy knows what he's doing, but it seems he's trying to buy a place in the Bahamas with his rates.

CAll SOMEONE ELSE OR BE PREPARED TO SELL A KIDNEY!

We had one toilet spring a leak on a Saturday night and another that wasn't working properly for a week.  We called Neighborhood  Plumbing on the following Monday.  They said they'd be out the next day (Tuesday).  The next day they called and said they had some emergency and couldn't come til the next day (Wednesday).  Someone did come Wednesday to check out the toilets to see what they needed.  Said he'd be back the next day (Thursday) with with necessary parts.  He called Thursday and said he had another emergency and couldn't come that day and that he'd call the next day (Friday) to set up a time to come.  Talked to him Friday... said he'd call me right back.  Never called back, never showed up!  By now, it's been 6 days without the use of our most used toilet!!  We are absolutely furious and would certainly not recommend them to anyone!!!
