In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. I had a busted main water line. The utility company came and shut off the water so I was stuck without water until I had someone come fix it. I sent a request to McMullin and he replied very quick. Just from what I explained he quoted me $450 over the phone, unless of course they came out and there was more issues.
He told me his guys were finishing up a job and he could have them here in an hour before they headed to another job. They came out and fixed the pipe and I paid what I was quoted.
I was very happy with the honesty and how he fit me in the schedule. I have already saved them in my phone and if I have any other issue I know who to call. Thank you guys!

Henry is a real gem. I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, service and likeable manner. He is reliable, always on time, and a pleasure to work with. I wish I had found him sooner during the set-up of my home in Collierville. Certainly he will be my go-to guy for future improvements/maintenance around my house

I had a hot water pipe leak underneath my sink. Everon's plumbing came out within with a hour.  Mr Otis was very nice and friendly /knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me what was  the problem. Pricing was great I didn't have to spend a arm and leg. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Came out 9pm on a Friday night.  Fixed drain on a rental unit they ended up being about 30 percent less the other guys minimum .  Tenants where happy and I was happy.  Will be using them again.  Also the plumber that came out had a good attitude.

First attempt at installation not possible due to wrong pan size and wrong width of heater for closet size.

Sales rep (Dustin) had duly noted all relevant measurements, but no internal confirmation by Patrick (manager) prior to sending a truck.

Big waste of time, plus no respect for neighbors who had water turned off in entire section of condo building.

Wrong technicians (not the crew originally promised) arrived today --  two weeks later and more or less as scheduled. No advance call as promised. No shoe covers as promised & wearing sewer boots.

Poor communication between Patrick and Nikita at office. No prior explanation about original crew having called in sick.

Multiple follow-up calls from Choate's -- apparently only responsive when the sale is suddenly on the line.

Too many issues with Choate's, especially during Coronavirus surge.

Last person I spoke with was advised to expect a bad Yelp! review from this highly vocal and disappointed previous customer.

The service was great and timely, the technician was very polite, professional and informative but for what was done it was extremely pricey.

These guys came out to my place of business when nobody else would and fixed my broken pipes. They were reasonable also on their charges. People should call these guys.

I would give ZERO stars if I could

I am very disappointed with the service of this company. In the past 6 months I have replaced an HVAC package unit with a Trane prackage unit, and TWO hot water heaters. In the spring, the HVAC guys came out to give us a tune up for $75 on top of the 12K that we've spent with the company. In the beginning of June, our new thermostat said service required.  We called for service. The COMPRESSOR was bad on our BRAND NEW UNIT. THUS, we have no air. We were WITHOUT air for a week. Lucky for us, Memphis summer has been kind until now. We were set to have the new compressor replaced a week and three days post initial repair call...only to find out we needed an additional wire. All of that to say....the owner was NEVER AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL. when I used this company 5ish years ago as they were starting up he was always available, and I'm frankly disappointed with how they have treated this entire situation. They are happy to accept new business, take money, but when repairs are needed that are under warranty expect to wait.

If only i could give 0 . The worst plumbing service ever! Had to call them to fix our plumbing problem. The first day a man came, he couldn't find the clean out. He even asked me if i know where it was. How could a woman, first time owner of a house will know where it is? I was even not here when this house was built 30yrs ago! And how could he not find it when it's his job to do it? He only spent like 5-10mins and decided to ask right away for the service fee! He gave a receipt stating that he couldn't or we don't have a clean out, so he need to go to the vent the next time he will come to our house. Or better yet, if my husband find the clean out, he'll be back. Fast forward to that next day, he came back. The schedule was 2-4pm, he came at around 4:06pm! Very unprofessional! He tried the vent, didn't work! Had my bathroom flooded again of what he did. I kept telling him that if he do something, it will be flooded on the bathroom, still he did it. Bathroom (2) and bath tub (2) got so messy. In short, no work has been done! That was Friday so we need to wait again for the weekend to be over with no bathroom to use. My husband decided to get a very decent plumbing service because when he called them back first thing on Monday, their customer service sucks! Kept telling my husband that they will return his call blah blah blah.. well guess what? No return calls until almost night time. Anyway, our plumbing problem has been resolved by another company that my husband called just today, Tuesday, same day they came. Thanks to you guys! Your company is never number one after all!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
