In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. Technician arrived as scheduled and observed safe practices while at our residence. He explained all that needed to be done and was very thorough. Thanks Kevin for saving me money and suggesting the Fam Plan.

This was a plumbing maintenance appointment. Michael provided outstanding service from the call ahead of time to a thorough inspection of all faucets and drains to a flush the water heater. Very pleasant, courteous and professional.

This company came in and put a hole in my wall by my fireplace to fix the leaking gas valve.  However, they did not repair the damage they did to the wall.  I have called them several times as has the renter I have in my house and they still have not come to fix the hole they put in the wall.  In addition to that, the repairman made two visits that were about 30 minutes in length each visit.   Yet I am being charged for about 3 hours of work.  While the valve was repaired, there is still a hole in the wall. In my opinion, this is not good quality service or business.  I still have not received a call back from this company.  Next step is the BBB!!!

I contacted RW for furnace repairs.  I had done some preliminary research and the problem seemed to be the first synchronizer.  I advised the technician that I would be building in 1-2 years and did not want to put a lot of money into this old furnace.  He claimed that so many parts were bad that it would probably be more cost efficient to replace the whole furnace.  The office came back to me with a quote for 3500.00.  Whoa!  I viewed a few hours of youtube videos, ordered a newer part that looked different (for 16.00 plus 2-day shipping) and replaced it myself.  It still didn't work - I called another heating company - and found that I had one connector wrong on this different looking synchronizer.  He corrected it - and tadaa! - it's been working fine for a month now.  RW either has incompetent technicians, or they push (scam?) to sell complete systems.  Beware.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

I will admit when reading the reviews about Greenway  and AHS, I was very nervous.  Both of my Units went out and I called AHS about 3:45 A.M. and they assigned Greenway.  Greenway called me about 9 A.M. and told me the AC guy would be out between 12-5 that day.  About  2:30, I received a call from the technician stating he was on his way to my house and he arrived about 15 minutes later.  The Technician (Jerry) arrived and within 20 minutes, my upstairs AC was working.  He immediately started on the downstairs AC(bigger unit) and identified that problem.  He had both my Units up and working within 1 hr/30 minutes.  I must say the service I received from both AHS and Greenway was Outstanding and the days stress was immediately gone.

Service Pros came to my home to evaluate my water well.  They said I needed a new water well pump and  the owner, Dennis Driver, recommended  upgrading  the pump . Long story and overpayment $$$$ short, Service Pros , Inc out of Horn Lake MS did not have a LICENSE to do any kind of work on Water Wells.
They were contacted by TDEC and MDEQ  and told to cease all water well work . That is dishonest and illegal .  I had to have all of their work Redone by a licensed Company.
