Our water heater went out and we had another plumber look at it, we weren't  happy with his quote of the experience so we tried capital. Called in the morning, they scheduled at our convenience, were there on time. Very respectful of our house, put booties without us asking, very professional, explained everything. And the cost came in lower than the other plumber.

I can't say enough good things, great experience out of a horrible situation.

Our water heater started to leak. Many plumbing companies couldn't come replace it for several days. The Plumbing Place could replace it within about 36 hours AND their prices beat the other companies!! The tech (John) was polite and informative. He completed the job quickly and completely.

Ian is great! I was able to schedule an appointment via text, and he responded immediately. He fixed the plumbing issue quickly. Very professional, prompt and personable! I would definitely recommend Remedy Plumbing's services. They're now on my speed dial.

Messaged Rafael to do a couple small plumbing projects in my kitchen and responded within an hour. Scheduled him to come a day later. Was quick, efficient, and good value. Will use him for future projects.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. The work looks fine but this is a very expensive plumbing contractor. Technician not friendly or helpful when I asked about other areas of the home.

I asked for a quote for a fix of a toilet installation gone awry. Mike, the owner, got back to me very quickly, gave me a realistic expectation, and sent Curtis in to do the job. I recently. Needed my furnace repaired. My furnace  is an antique. It was one of the best back in the day. They were able to put a new belt on and lube it up so it runs like a new furnace. I like that there is no high pressure sales. I will be buying a new furnace from them when the time comes. I thought the repairman was professional and informative. Very happy with the results.

I have been using Mark's for over 18 years now in my professional career and his is the only company I call for my personal needs as well. His employees are friendly and have a positive attitude about their work. They try to keep the mess to a minimum and are available in emergency situations as well. Mark really wants to work with his customers to help them understand what is causing the problems in the first place and work towards a long-term solution or at least come up with a preventive maintenance program to keep emergency situations to a minimum.

I would highly recommend Mark and his crew to help you out at home or in your commercial buildings.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

Had a bad experience with Lange.  Plumber showed up late.  Installed a faucet and after an hour told me the new faucet didn't work.  Returned to the shop and came back and replaced the new faucet.  Took another hour to complete that task.  Billed me for both installations.  Called the scheduler and complained.  Called the owner and complained.  Was charged for travel time, a mileage fuel fee, two hours of plumber time and $140 for a simple faucet.  Ridiculous!
