Once again I was rescued by the wonderful folks at Ratterman. I can only report service over and above the call of duty. As a handicapped person it is such a relief to have trustworthy and reliable help readily available. Recently my hot water tank died and these folks stepped up late in the day to send a representative out to shut off the water and gas so everything was secured and replaced the unit the next day. They have great teamwork, are so respectful and professional. My house is older and I have had other companies not be respectful of me or the house and definitely overcharged me. I will always recommend Ratterman without hesitation to anyone I know. Best service, best prices for me, courtsey and customer respect, professionalism and all round good people.

HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the  first  time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

HIGHLY recommend! My water heater was leaking (flooding is more like it) so I called and got an actual person on the phone and these guys were at my house within an hour! I ended up need to replace it and I figured since it was time.. waaaaay past time clearly.. I would switch to a tankless.. Rod and Jason were AWESOME! They explained the whole process, cleaned up (yes they ACTUALLY cleaned up after the mess!) and were very polite even with all the questions I was throwing at them. I will absolutely use them again to replace a toilet and move some fixtures on my rental house!

Rick arrived, evaluated, and fixed the situation with my dishwasher.  He does charge for 2 hours so have things for him to do while he is there.  He is polite and very easy to work with.  I recommend him.

Just a few months after buying a new home I discovered water coming through the bottom of my commode. I feared the worst when doing some internet searching on my problem. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called Klein Plumbing to come diagnose and fix my issue. Jay (the owner) came and gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem at a more than fair price and right on time! I would recommend them to ANYONE that needs any plumbing service. A+ service is hard to come by these days, but Kelin Plumbing went above and beyond to make my service experience as pleasant as possible!

Great Service!  I had a gas line to my grill that I disconnected to powerwash around it.  When I went to put it back together I found a few pieces to the disconnect that I didn't know how to put back together, tried a few times and got scared that I was going to blow up my deck!  Found Gas Tight and they came right over and installed the line for me and tested the seals and had it done in minutes.  They did a great job, were very professional, and answered all of my questions.  I know my family is safe from any problems from that gas line.  Would definitely use them again!

Reached out to Dauenhauer on Super Bowl Sunday after our main drain clogged. From past experience with some other companies, I expected to have to leave a message and be contacted back; not the case here. A very courteous rep answered the phone after a short wait and advised me that not only would they be able to send someone out as soon as 12pm (I think it it was 10am when I called) but that there was only a nominal weekend fee and that would be waIved if ended up agreeing to whatever estimate was provided once the plumber got there.

A very polite and professional plumber showed up (Alex) and got right to work, locating a substantial clog in our main drain just outside of the house. He worked for about 2 hours, snaked the drain 100ft out from the house several times to be sure the clog and any other debris/roots/etc (he found a sock ‍) was cleared, and had the water in the house run a several times as well while the drain to ensure that there weren't any other was opened up to make sure there weren't any other obstructions. He brought a bucket to clean up and while I can't say that the backyard has zero evidence that he was there, I can say that I'm not sure how such a messy job could have been cleaned I up any better. This drain had clearly been clogged for a long time and while I will spare the details, let's just say unclogging it was not for the squeamish.

Cost wise it wasn't cheap but I wasn't surprised by the total as it lined up with everything I was seeing online for the cost of a job like this. I will absolutely call them again with any other plumbing needs.

Was referred to this company through our home warranty coverage, the guys came out and diagnosed the problem, needed to order the parts and return later, upon return was told before the work was complete that everything was covered under my warranty, then after work was completed was told I owed the $65 co-pay plus $75 for additional parts that wasn't covered. I called the owner of the company to try and see if his workers was telling me the truth or if they was trying to get money out of me, and he was very rude and hateful and nasty and hung up on me. My husband called and tried talking to the owner about the issue also and he cussed my husband out in the background while his secretary was speaking to my husband and hung up on him also. We have contacted our home warranty provider and told them they do not want to use this company for their work orders.

We have used New Circle Mechanical for several plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues in our personal residence and rental homes.  We will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.  The technician, Shawn is prompt, professional and knowledgable.

This time we called them to clear the furnace drain line.  Unfortunately, they were unable to clear so they suggested running a pump to the sump which would be cheaper than re-plumbing the line.  They also suggested adding a ground rod to the house for protection and repairing some sewer caps that had been destroyed in the yard by lawn mowers.

We will continue to use them in the future
