Best Gas Appliance Repair in Louisville KY

The first appointment I set with them was from 8 - 12 and they called my after 11 and said they wouldn't be there until at least 2.   Because of the delay I had to reschedule for the next week from 3 - 7.  They called me at 5 and said they could not come out and would need to reschedule.  Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time with another appointment with them.  I wasted time away from work waiting on them twice.  Would not recommend at all.

john is delusional.   I have his receipt in the paperwork and receipts from the other mechanics showing there was nothing wrong.
I have John's receipt showing they did no work but still charge me $745    john's receipt also shows how much things are left in the critical state according to him  
He absolutely demanded to see the water heater, which has nothing to do with the outlets he didn't fix
Just stay away from these guys. They're bad news.

people don't have to believe me.  When they look on Yelp they see your rating is only 2.5 stars and that more people gave you a 1 star rating than any other.  

They can check out the reviews from John M. Valencia, CA, Sisi B. Louisville, KY, Matt M. San Francisco, CA, Claire M. Louisville, KY, Alea B. Jeffersontown, KY, Tarrrck Y. Louisville, KY, Chelsea S. Louisville, KY and others who all say stay away from New Circle Mechanical.    They all lied about their experiences too John?

Did not fix my plumbing problem and called them back to fix the problem and they did not answer or call me back.. they are horrible
