Best Commercial Services in Louisville KY
Rodney Terry is the most responsive and professional plumbing company that we have experienced. Trust me, we had a bunch through our renovations, but we have had to call Rodney Terry Plumbing to correct work, or do new work.
In my opinion, they are very affordable and honest and we can't say enough about how much we appreciate their professionalism.
Good company and nice work.

These guys are great. Mary, on the phone, is very helpful. The plumbers show up on time, get the job done promptly, and the charges are very fair. I thought I had an outside water leak, so called the company that handles line warranties for the water company. Those guys came out and identified that I didn't have a line leak, found a toilet leak, and quoted me a price several hundred dollars higher than what Nine Lines charged on their time and materials basis.

We called Ratterman a few months ago to install a waterline to the new ice maker & install a replacement faucet in the bathroom. They were absolutely fantastic! Thank you Chad & Keith!
This week, we had water in our basement due to a stopped up sewer line. They came, they snaked, they pulled out large roots. After all that, water was still backing up in the basement shower. AWESOME supervisor Chad came out and also found the backflow valve had seized. He had to clean it out & free that up. (Sparing you the gory details.) It will still need to be replaced and we'll eventually have to dig up the yard and replace the remaining clay pipes, but... We have water! We have sewer! They have REALLY been awesome with everything they've done for us in the past several months.
I even recommended them to my parents a couple of weeks ago when they had a basement drain back up. They were there in less than an hour, late on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the problem immediately. My parents were extremely happy with their service as well. Thank you Ratterman!!

Called Morris plumbing for a main water leak, the receptionist was very professional and polite. Before the guys arrive for our first problem, our water heater started leaking. Once on the job, they attended to water heater as it was a bigger emergency. The guys were very prompt, professional and nice. No time was wasted. They always call to keep you updated on the status of guys arrival time. Highly recommend this company

HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

HIGHLY recommend! My water heater was leaking (flooding is more like it) so I called and got an actual person on the phone and these guys were at my house within an hour! I ended up need to replace it and I figured since it was time.. waaaaay past time clearly.. I would switch to a tankless.. Rod and Jason were AWESOME! They explained the whole process, cleaned up (yes they ACTUALLY cleaned up after the mess!) and were very polite even with all the questions I was throwing at them. I will absolutely use them again to replace a toilet and move some fixtures on my rental house!

Small company (fast growing) with impeccable quality and ethics. I have been utilizing this service since it was a two man operation plus the lovely Bonnie fielding all calls and scheduling.
Great quality
Great service
Great attitudes.
Each plumber I have met from this company represents the owner, Ian, perfectly with their friendliness and informative nature.
He has grown considerably since I found the company but the service and quality have remained the same.

My water heater burst, and the water cutoff did not quite close. Rick responded very quickly, did a great job and cleaned up like he had never been here. He was very professional and polite also. I would definitely use him again.

Just a few months after buying a new home I discovered water coming through the bottom of my commode. I feared the worst when doing some internet searching on my problem. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called Klein Plumbing to come diagnose and fix my issue. Jay (the owner) came and gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem at a more than fair price and right on time! I would recommend them to ANYONE that needs any plumbing service. A+ service is hard to come by these days, but Kelin Plumbing went above and beyond to make my service experience as pleasant as possible!

Great Service! I had a gas line to my grill that I disconnected to powerwash around it. When I went to put it back together I found a few pieces to the disconnect that I didn't know how to put back together, tried a few times and got scared that I was going to blow up my deck! Found Gas Tight and they came right over and installed the line for me and tested the seals and had it done in minutes. They did a great job, were very professional, and answered all of my questions. I know my family is safe from any problems from that gas line. Would definitely use them again!

I may end up using them again, in full transparency. However, I was not super pleased with how this visit went down. I had water coming out of a pipe that links to my washer. The water also had food particles in it, leading us to believe the kitchen sink was involved.
Dauenhauer sent four different groups of technicians over the course of a week. The first technician did not have the equipment to snake the line more than 25 feet. He suggested that I just wait and see if it happens again, to see if it resolves itself. This visit did not cost any money, but I was kind of frustrated knowing that the problem would come right back. My first point of frustration was the lack of proper equipment at the ready.
It came back on Sunday morning, the next time I tried to wash clothes. I called them to schedule an appointment, as the first technician had assured me that they work on the weekend and can come out same day. This is my second point of frustration, the technicians do not seem to have the same perspective on scheduling as the schedulers. The soonest they could come out with the right equipment was Tuesday.
Tuesday morning, the technician showed up and I had to explain everything to him again, as if the first guy had never come out. He then worked for about two hours in the basement, and came back up to tell me that he thought it was the main line and that he could not complete the job due to a back injury. So he had the equipment, but he couldn't move it into the house. He said someone else with the right ability to use the equipment would come in about 45 minutes. He also mentioned that I did not have a clean out, So I had to go out to the yard and show him the clean out again.
Six hours later when I had a break in conference calls, I called the mainline again to see if someone was actually coming back out. They said that apparently the job had been reassigned twice, And that hopefully someone will be there soon. And the caveat is that if they had to come after 8 PM but I would have to pay for an after hours visit, even though the reason it's after hours is because of the their fault.
Third group showed up and of course they had no idea anything about what happened with the previous two visits. So I try to get them up to speed the best I could, but I'll be honest I have no idea what the other tech was doing for two hours in the basement, as I was working the whole time. They were also here for two hours, and I was working the entire time and often just started talking to me while I was on conference calls without understanding that I needed a minute to tell the person on the other line to pause and put them on hold. They ended up having to remove the toilet on the first floor, and even though they cleaned up there was sewage remains everywhere. They were not able to solve the problem, so they needed a fourth group to come out, which of course they couldn't come until the next day. It took them about 30 minutes to get that scheduled, whomever they were talking to on dispatch was not being super respectful of our time.
The fourth group couldn't come until 2 PM the next day (note: this is now day 4 of no water for me), And I was on a conference call when they tried to call me to confirm I still needed the service. They pulled into my driveway, and then I actually saw them leaving while I was on my conference call. I had to immediately jump off and call them back to ensure they didn't leave, as the guy wasn't sure if I still needed them to come. Why would you cancel an appointment just because someone doesn't pick up their phone? Especially during work hours. As with the former group, He had no background on what any of the previous workers had done, And I had to miss a couple work calls to get him up to speed. He used high-pressure water to clean out the main line, and that seemed to do the trick.
$650 later, I just feel like this could've been done more efficiently and the technicians could be on the same page with the schedulers. They're also could be some education on how people work from home, or work in general. A visit should never be canceled just because someone doesn't pick up their phone, they are likely on the other line or on a conference call.

I would give them less stars if possible. Total lack of communication. Very unprofessional & have rescheduled on me 4-6 times with less than 1-4 hours notice. Four thumbs down.

New circle quickly came out and serviced our HVAC on the spur of a moment when our system was out on a weekend and we had a house full of guests. They were very polite and accommodating. I have recommended new circle to several people since that time
