I needed  new tank fast. Others told me a couple of days. I called Jose and he was also busy but said he would have Ryan come by to check it out first. The old tank was not even 6 years old. It needed to be replaced and I asked it they could install today.  They moved around their schedule so I could get hot water ASAP. The I got home the tank was completely installed and the new piping was all installed and they explained clearly why it broke and why the new install will not have a similar breakdown.

They even waited for the water to heat up and made sure of no leaks and all settings were ok.

Ask for Ryan and Jose as they are very professional and provide perfect service.

I manage a handful of properties throughout LA and always have to search high and low for trustworthy vendors. I met with 4 plumbing companies and Lords of Plumbing was the only one that provided a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I inquired about a repair through yelp and was helped by the owner Trevor. He was able to tell me what needed to be done by photos I provided and guided me to schedule the service through the office manager Gabby. She was quick, helpful, and friendly every time I reached out to her. After the first estimate I was provided I came back to her with lots of questions and she was able to provide me with all the answers I needed.

Edmund is the one who did a few repairs for us and did an amazing job. We had a leaking sink caused by it being poorly mounted by a different company, which he was able to fix and properly mount. We also had an old toilet with a broken flusher, so he sourced us the toilet of our choosing, installed it, and removed the old one from the house for us. He maintained health and safety protocol, was polite and respectful in the home, and very thorough with his work. The pricing he quoted us was always fair and he arrived on time to every appointment we had with him.

I am keeping Lords of Plumbing in my back pocket for any future plumbing work we need!

We worked with Mike and his team to install new plumbing for a children's bathroom at our preschool.  Admittedly, the project was far more complex than we could have ever imagined, and we were beyond grateful to have been so lucky to have found Mike to guide us through and get it done.  Not only are Mike and his team extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional, time and again they went far out of their way to help us above and beyond of what was required of them.  Mike has a no-nonsense attitude which makes his company unique in the sense that deadlines are met, communication is constant and clear, and he knows what he is talking about from many years of experience.  We had other plumbing contractors before Mike, and by contrast, they were difficult to reach, they were slow, and they almost always botched the job and would charge us regardless.  When Mike showed up, he knew the problem, knew how to fix it, and did it.  And Mike has very high standards for his employees as well, who are just as amazing as he is.  If you're lucky enough to get LA Sustainable on your team, do NOT pass it up.  It will be the best decision you made for your business this year.

Honest, professional and priced right! No gimmicks or last minute charges. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, cleaned after themselves and charged what they quoted. We have a few more things that need to be updated and we'll definitely call Highsmith to do the work. Highly recommended!

I called owner Daniel Beattie for service on Nov 3 and he sent some guys to snake my bathroom and washing machine drains.  Service was fine at the time. It was after the shower drain got reclogged within 2 weeks that I had a problem.

I needed to get my shower drain re-snaked.  But I could not remember the name of the plumber I used for the service until Dec 17th. I called Daniel back to have him snake the drain again. I explained the issue to him and the reason for the delay in calling him due to my inability to remember Enviro's name.

Daniel then proceeded to say that his guys did not snake my bathroom drain because it was not listed in the invoice.  I explained that his guys did do the bathroom even if he did not have it listed in the invoice.  He then said that the 6 weeks between the 2 calls meant that they would not provide a complimentary service call even though their invoice said their work was covered for a month. I explained my delay in calling again. Daniel said he didn't believe me on both counts:  1.  They did not snake my bathroom drain. 2. They didn't believe that the clog reappeared within 2 weeks, well within the coverage period.

He was very rude to me when I asked him point blank if he thought I was lying. He said yes.  And then hung up on me.

There are a lot of other plumbers to use so I would recommend using a service where the owner does not accuse his customers of lying and won't stand by their service.   Rudeness is unacceptable.  Stay away from Enviro!!!!
