Best Solar Water Heater Repair in Los Angeles CA

We recently needed a plumber to repipe our house and drain lines. Plumbing works and rooter was recommended to me by my neighbors which had used to replace their water heater and drain cleaning. Alex and his team repiped our home and did a complete sewer system installation. They also replaced our old water heater with a new norwitz tankless water heater. I contacted Water Heater Pros because my water heater stopped working and was leaking. I thought it was time for a new water heater. When they came out they told me that it wasn't time for a new heater it was just the drain valve that had failed. They ended up replacing the plastic part for a brass version. I was so grateful that they did not try to upswell me a new water heater and that they ended up making a quick easy fix to get the water heater I had working again.

I need to say that if you are looking for an honest, kind, responsive company that comes out promptly and gets the job done, look no further!! Trevor listened to my issue and despite the fact that it was late afternoon, toward the end of the day, he told me that he would he had someone not far from my home and he would try to get him here right away and if they couldn't get here, he would come himself.  Manual and Matt came over quickly.  They were very nice, clean and knowledgeable.  They fixed the problem very quickly and they did not try to rip me off or overcharge.  They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anybody.  It is refreshing to find a service company that has such excellent customer service and integrity!! I just have to leave a review because the service I experienced today was so quick, easy, and affordable. We had a bathtub backing up, a shower backing up, and a leak underneath one sink. My first call into the company was a little after 3pm and by 4:30 Mathew had already come to our home and addressed each issue.  He was also professional and kind to our toddler and dogs.  I'll definately be calling again if anything else comes up!
