Highly recommended. Ron is great, super helpful and very upfront about what they can and can't do. We had a copper pipe leak in the concrete slab under our dining room and he was able to identify a 24 span of 1 pipe that had a tiny but destructive pinhole. As well he was able to trace a recirculation line for us so we could reroute the slab portion of our hot water system. I would definitely use him again.

They will be my go to choice for anything sewer line   A realtor got this outrageous bid for repairs on a listing (I'm a realtor)  I had as part of a repair request !  I was told about Clean Out Plumbing and they came and did an inspection basically telling me the plumbers bid was wrong offering to do the job for $20k plus less than the previous scam bid !  My client was beyond happy!  They are fair , honest and I'd highly recommend them

These guys were awesome from my very first conversation with Merco. Excellent communication about ETAs and Tony Estrada, who did the work at my home, was so meticulous and thorough. You know a job is going to be done well when the person who arrives at your door literally smells clean! I'm not Joe Biden but I can smell people - it's kind of a curse having this sense of smell - and I knew my mold remediation was going to end well when Tony came armed with plastic (as requested), booties, etc.

We had a mishap with sweet potato peelings in our garbage disposal on Thanksgiving day. Thankfully, we weren't hosting anybody, but we knew that it would be challenging to hire a plumber over the busy holiday weekend. I called Roto-Rooter on Saturday morning, and Carlos came over that evening. Not only did he provide excellent service at a reasonable price, but he was very nice and a had a lot of interesting stories to tell! He also honored a $20 coupon that I printed from the website. We are very grateful to be able to wash our dishes again, and learned our lesson about sweet potato peelings. I would call Roto-Rooter again if we have any more problems with our kitchen sink.
